ljames, 21 Oct 2015Amoled burn ins are a thing of the past. Havent been an issue since galaxy s3. Hilarious. Burn in is worse than it's ever been whomever said it's not an issue is crazy. It's a very very real thing, note 4 super burn. Go check in store , Samsung is highly prone to burns esp. Esp. The new 1440p panels

My Samsung Gear S2 Classic is not connecting with my Samsung Galaxy S6, which came with a preinstalled Gear App. Though the watch pairs with the phone, it is not making connection as it fails every time I attempt to connect. Can anyone out there help? could it be a software problem with the watch or phone? how do I resolve this please. Returning the watch for now is unfeasible as I bought it outside my country of current residence. Thanks for the help.

surfing through in... moreThe 3G version is capable of making calls in a stand alone capacity or as a Bluetooth connection to a phone. It does this due to a built in E-SIM that is not user changable. As far as using it on another carrier, I'm not sure. There might be a way, but I've not researched it.
Web surfing isn't really something you can do on this watch. The S voice search can give you some basic stuff, but it always directs you to open on your phone. I've not had an issue. For the simple connectivity stuff this device is great, I can leave my phone in my pocket, but go to the phone for more in depth use.

Straps break and Samsung refuse to help. Email watchdog@bbc.co.uk - I have, and if they get more complaints they may be able to do something.
