The Gear s3 is the best smartwatch in the market right now. I've owned it for about 2 months now. It has a flawless design which allows it to look like a classy "James Bond" watch. The only not-so-good things about this watch are it's compatibility with iOS devices, the speaker not being loud enough to use as a phone speaker while driving, and the 4gb storage. Everything else about this watch is excellent. I wish they would've incorporated Google Now in to the watch for added functionality, but it's not a deal breaker (for me). I would recommend this watch for anyone who will pair it to an android device. For iOS, you can only read notifications, text messages, and attend calls. You can't reply to text messages using the watch on iOS. SHealth functionality is also limited. Overall, it's the perfect watch to wear to a gala, or rock climbing!
Buy gear s3 frontier. The functions of messages, calls, warnings, all excellent, but as I buy it for sport, as sometimes did not mark for example raised floors, the resting heart rate digs with oximeter, but when starting trot dial frequency up to 220 beats per minute , Was to change it, I was given another, same frequency at the beginning of 180, and when I was half the 160 X minute exercise, something not credible, the distance very accurate but finally return to a sports watch that cover what is necessary for the runner, It's a shame that that happens with Samsung gear s3

Hi - question. For an S3 Frontier purchased in the UK, does it come with MST capability even though Samsung Pay is not available in the UK (yet)? I believe there is no LTE version as not supported in UK/Europe, but hoping it does have MST for eventual payment function.
Also, assuming when (if) Samsung Pay is supported in the UK and it's working on the watch, does the phone and watch have to be connected via Bluetooth in order to use Samsung Pay on your watch i.e., can you shop on your Frontier if you've left your phone at home?
Thanks for any answers!

So data is shared by both sims, but calls and sms only to the main sim in your phone. This is sometimes at a cost around 5€ per month.

I am a cyclist and want to leave the phone and wallet behind. That's why this phone is so exciting for me. I can't wait. Someone earlier said why have two phone bills. Verizon will add this watch to my account for 5 per month. Seems like a small price to pay for this capability.

You got to pay 2 cell phone plans, for what? to avoid having a BT signal from your pocket to your wrist?
I'm glad that there's a version without LTE. I don't want my wirst cells get fried because of strong power electronic waves. And i like the frontier and not the classic. Glad that samsung keeps freedom of choice for health concious minority.
Choose the Frontier "LTE" version. That's the one with 4g connectivity where you don't need a phone connected by Bluetooth.
AnonD-20344, 16 Sep 2016Samsung Gear S3 frontier suppose to have LTE connection. Something is wrong here. That's what I thought, I am considering buying one but not if there is no standalone network connectivity. Reading other reports this version can be used without connecting to your phone but this article seems a bit misleading to say the least
Anonymous, 09 Sep 2016it doesn't even have a cameraWhy would someone need a camera in a watch?
There are 2 versions of the Frontier model. One WITH LTE and one without LTE. The Classic model does not have LTE as an option.

mir, 03 Sep 2016Wait a minute. This is not a phone. Why is it listed here?Same reason other smartwatches are listed, along with non-GSM tablets, PDA's, laptops, mobile broadband dongles, iPads, etc
