can anyone explain why some people are saying that this is the"iphone killer"?this phone doesn't even have the capability to shoot HD video.when you say "iphone killer" it should top all major feature of the iphone and one is its HD video. Before you say something or claim here you should do a thorough research first before you post such a thing.
pre-ordered this phone today. hope it'll arrive soon =)
the haters are going to hate, but i think they made a good phone. the only thing that stopped me from buying a galaxy s was the lack of flash on the camera. i was a bit perturbed by the fact there's no sd card slot, but i feel 16 gb to be fairly ample, really.
anyway, just my two cents.
Can anyone explain me why Samsung nexus s has a curved screen? What's the point in it?how it helps in everyday using the phone?
You guys are blind.
This isn't just another Galaxy S.
While the hardware is completely from Galaxy S, the software isn't. It has Android 2.3 Gingerbread and most importantly, TOUCHWIZ UI is removed. It's the Stock Version UI.
I got Nexus on Dec-16 and have been using it every day. I think Nexus S is better than my IPhone 4.
All in all, the Nexus S turns out to be a great smartphone with good reception, a brilliant display, and some nifty new UI tweaks and functionality that make it drool-worthy. It might even be the best Android smartphone on the market today. Maybe.
not so good that no have memory slot. Other spec is very good and interest. My option HTC Desire HD and this. Maybe I take this.. But I still decide about microSD slot.
nexus s is using ext3 on their system files which make 3x faster on ext4, 6x faster than RFS system (samsung galaxy s have RFS file system if you don't know it)and 3x times less power consumption than both. with that it is much better than a phone using dual core for speed and power consumption who's using an RFS or a EXT$. not all android phone are using ext even with the same version, a "smart" phone is useless if you can only use it in a few hours. With that reason nexus s is worth to buy as a "smart phone"
