i haven't received ICS update!! someone please tell me what should i do. :(
You should definitely buy Google Nexus S because it combines everything you need in one piece and in the end its "Google", it will always keep on its valuable price and not get to loose it in a fast way.
You must have updated with your own build number, i think you should visit xda developers web to reinstall your previous operating system,
offcourse Nexus S, it is now running official ICS which is still not availablt for very expensive mobiles of LG,HTC and S.E
please i update my phone and since then my WiFi is not working what should i do
I have one. Restarts constantly! I slammed it face down on my desk out of frustration, and because of the curve it cracked quite bad... But it can still get input from my finger in that section of the broken screen. Getting a new phone... sigh...

j2shar, 07 Jan 2012Has anyone in India having Google Nexus S got an update to Android 4.0?? Any idea when will it... moreDude Its So Simple Just go to XDA developers u ll everythng and iam using ICS 4.1.0 in my Nexus S..:)
ELIPS, 09 Jan 2012Google Nexus S or Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini Pro, witch one should I buy?Go with Nexus S. I have both.
I traded in my Galaxy S for the Nexus S this weekend because I couldn't take touchiwiz anymore, and ofcourse samsung decided not to give the phone ICS on account of there not being enough space on the device for both ICS and touchwiz and I am never looking back. This is the phone i should have gotten the first time round. Instead I focused on the lack of external sd card and tv out etc all the crap that in the end doesnt matter. What matters is how smooth pure android is, from now on its only google phones for me.
Ps. Updating this phone is soooo easy, no more stress about possibly bricking it while flashing with odin. Download the OTA, put in on the internal sd, put the phone into recovery and flash it. It literally took me 30 seconds to get ICS
Guyz, 13 Jan 2012Guys which is better? Nexus s or xperia arci'll go with nexus s because it's a google phone. i got ICS on my nexus as the first official update and works way better than 2.3
I went to the service center today and they replaced the screen of my NS. Guess what, I turned the new screen on and there were a couple of dead pixels already!! Don't they even care to check if they have produced the right thing? I think the QA department of Sammy is sleeping these days. Above all, the service center guy insisted me to use the screen since it did not create any functionality issues, WTF!! I disagreed and they had to order a different screen again :(
