after download..install at your pc/mac and connect your phone via usb

after installation is cmplete
1 format the phone
2 go to settings
3 select language and keyboard option( u will be able to trace it)
4 select language of ur convinience

just connect your phone via usb cable to your computer and open kies.if the 2.2 os update is available in your region that it will show up automatically.

Anonymous, 13 Jul 2011Having a very hard time to find a case for this phone. anyone having the same problem?Find a case online such as ebay. Try to find it in-stores. I found one on the ebay AND in-store after a month or so...! Keep looking!

on that time i was happy and still now i am happy..coz for wise buy..i am not saying i am a wise man..but come on you cant expect more from a phone which is cost 80 or 90 buks..i am also using a iphone 3g .but i must say this phone is good and if some one want to buy a inexpensive phone then go for it..yes its a inexpensive not a cheap phone.its all in one..great browser, good for email, good portable music player, tons of apps,games,,and all for 80 buks..man coooolllllllll....

i bought this phone last Christmas and i must say its a wise buy for me..it cost me 80 euro and man its fun..its a bargain and for price like that you can't ask more...people say its slow and lagy..man its now a monster..handle like a phone not like computer..yesterday i upgrade its os from 2.1 to 2.2 and man its cool..now its fast and more responsive..i know alot of people don't agree with me but i must say, i am a different king of user.i got my first in 2005 and that was ericson r380..people dont laugh.but that was a smart phone.on that time nokia n70 rooks.but i bought r380..

If u still couldn't take any picture. Go to camera, try to locate a lock symbol on the screen. If u find one hit the power button (call end)once and the key symbol must be gone.
Now u ll be able to click pics.

i have upgraded to 2.2 it eats up the battery pretty fast. faster than when it was on 2.1. it lags sometimes. but i'm still happy with it :)
