I have updated the software to 2.1 in the service center in hyderabad at basheer bagh. previously I was having 2.1 using odin but service center guys without concerning about the existing software updated it to 2.1 Indian version.
I have one question and please please answer it.
The hardware keys some time malfunctions and does not do what they were supposed to do, is this a common problem or do my phone has any hardware issue? As mentioned above they also updated the software and that has also not fixed the issue.

DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!!!
I have had the spica i5700 for a few months now, and I really detest it. The screen is unresponsive at best. The virtual keyboard constantly register other keys than the ones you are trying to use (writing a sms is a pain and takes at least three or four times as long as you constantly have to backtrack and erase/start words over).
Also the promised android update seems to have turned into vapour, and no info is fourthcoming (come on samsung, I only bought it because you promised an update and I have been waiting three months now).
Finally, the ac-charger stopped working after just two days of delivery. Despite three separate emails to Samsungs customer service I have not received even a single answer.
I will get rid of this garbage and buy a milestone instead.
Never again Samsung.
