Maybe this phone's price will get slashed just like the Spica and Galaxy?
Anonymous, 30 Jul 2010But it has nearly the same specs as Spica which is Rs 12.5k.yeah it has..but when spica ws launched it was around 21000...but this is their pricing policy what can we do about it..just keep your fingers crossed...even i want to buy a phone right now in the range of 12k..i am waiting for i5500..
But it has nearly the same specs as Spica which is Rs 12.5k.
it wont even be near to 12500 in india..it will be launched at 299 euros in germany which is equal to rs 18000..better to go for wave instead...or if u want android for 12500 or less go for i5500..its gud it has even got 3d gallery and live wallpapers as on nexus one..
I really hope this phone comes out at Rs.12500 or less. The price will really make or break this phone.
Its probably coming in Aug in India.
Expected price: 10k-14k
When is dis phone launching in india...... Looks great n is it better den wave
I cannot efford to buy Omnia II and Galaxy S that is why i bought Omnia Lite and interested also to buy Galaxy 3 if the price around USD250
Can somebody tell me this or Spica is the better?
How is the 3D performance? This is faster than spica?
The price of Samsung i5800 Galaxy 3 should be USD275
I bought following device in July 2010 at
Samsung S8500 Wave USD340
Samsung B7300 Omnia Lite USD250
Question, not comment:
How does it work with PC Sync for outlook etc?
Anonymous, 19 Jul 2010I was thinking about this but now its just been trumped by the HTC Wildfire. Better physical d... moreHTC Wildfire is cheaper, most likely, as it is only about 250 euro's in Holland. Also, it looks better and has some better specs, but the 528Mhz processor and the 240x320 resolution is a downer. The low res and old processor mean that most Android apps have to be scaled or can not be ran at all.
I was thinking about this but now its just been trumped by the HTC Wildfire. Better physical design, better camera, better interface and roughly similar price range (although the HTC will probably cost a little more)
hope when released this phone in india it should have at least the resolution and processor clocked liked the spica i5700
150 pounds is about 11k Rs, which is a very fair price. I doubt Samsung will price this phone so cheap. The Galaxy and Spica had their prices nearly halved after their release.
It actually is 12.85 mm on the samsung website
It actually costs around 130-150 pounds in the U.K. so is 70 pounds cheaper than the spica unlocked and you cannot but the spica on pay as you go whereas you can with the galaxy apollo
