i have been using this phone last 6 month.no problem at all.and no restart problem like in optimus one....my brother is using o1 and get restart once in a week....though upgrade is to come for g3 I love it..snaptu works great....net speed is very good supporting on opera mini 6......

if you in any of the south Asian countries then i have bad news, the Android v2.2 is still not available for Galaxy 3, have been waiting for a long time and have no hopes of it arriving soon as well.
So all the best , would suggest to go for a phone which is already in V2.2 rather than waiting for the update.
Apart from that the phone is great gave no problem to me , have been using it for the last 6 months.

m using docomo postpay internet.To connect or disconnect net i use APNdroid. prob is that when i activate for net connection it will not connect but if I put off power once and when power is put on it will connect to net.
2nd prob- when the keypad is locked it shows "This phone belongs to:". Pl help how can I put my name so that it will show "This phone belongs to:rsp"
