The LG Optimus One known as LG Thunder in India is a better phone than this. If anyone's planning to buy an Android in this price range, go for it.
The Galaxy 3 is no doubt a good phone, but the screen resolution is just too poor. sadly, I got it 2 months ago. Wish I had waited for the Optimus One.
To thos with GPS problems, download GPs Opt by searching for 'octy' in the Android Market.

i have not yet found even a single mistake for this phone, youtube is fine, no freezes the screen, I just download free application for the removal of unnecessary applications,im enjoying in my new phone ...

I have installed iGO on my galaxy 3 and it can't find any GPS signal... It only shows "looking for GPS signal". I want to mention that i tried under clear sky for many times, once I was waiting for 30 minutes under clear sky and it was in vain. pls help

Anonymous, 02 Dec 2010Phone functioning use to get slow n slow with usage, need to restart it once within 2-3 days.....You might have installed many softwares (may have more than 5 MB softwares). better restore mobile facory settings once and use it. surely u'll feel great...

Danveer, 01 Dec 2010just bought this phone, really good but is the froyo update available for india? why use froyo , it slows down galaxy 3 saw it happening on my friends galaxy3 . its a low end android fone u wont get any better performance but sure u will get a few new features ......choose wisely

no high end games like asphalt 5,only low res games r supported bt angry birds works
f ,l are missing the r not shown at all even by ur method bt thats not a problem..u can easily select a song 2 play..
