Open Contacts. Go to menu (left touch button)> More > Export to SD card...
It will be in ur memory card... Later after resetting, U can Import from SD card...

i was confused betwn samsung galaxy 3 and nokia c6.
samsung galaxy 3 has very low resolution and difficult to connect to pc for difffrnt purposes which is very easy in nokia and after visiting the samsung service center i changed my mind to nokia.samsung service is crap...

After reading all comments / opinions i bought this cell and its pretty good so far ..... I have installed the Kies software on my PC and upgraded that too .. but ... still my phone is not detected by Kies .. when connected to laptop ... the cell is charging .. but not detected .... i am using windows 7 OS ... any help on this please? Also can someone suggest some good sites where i can download videos ( Bollywood) which will play good on this phone?

buddy read the specs it says third party app's run based on java platform it ll work out....it's the closest smartphone to the s-series and at a better price than the same wave i believe....hope this is the efficient low-priced smartphone....graeat work samsung ...and i hv a galaxy-s and it rocks than i-phone....i-phone is too top-rated they just fool people with thier their interface...nothing else....

sumit, 08 Nov 2010only bcoz of "no secondary camera" i changed my mind to nokia c6-00..!!FYI secondary cam works only if the called party also has a sec. cam & that too only over 3G networks.Thus the use of this technology is limited as of now in india.Even now if u need one badly,then why go for C6-00 go for C6-01 instead.It has AMOLED capacitive 3.2" CBD display,S^3 OS,8mp cam,a solid build and guess what all this n many more for just ~16.5k.Make a wise choice dear!

Gaurav, 08 Nov 2010Can we Run and Install third party applications such as Skype and Specific Work softwares, whi... moreno you can't install the same files they are made for windows or what ever os you are using. if you know how to convert to. apk file using android sdk den you can.
