I am a vodafone prepaid user.
I have activated my GPRS data services. I was facing the problem whenever trying to switch off the GPRS service for a while. I could not browse the option of as how to switch off my GPRS when not required.
Due to this incident, I have been lost Rs 50 by that time because the GPRS uploading was still running.
At last I had to deactivate the GPRS service.
Could anyone facing the same problem?
Could anyone know as how we can switch off GPRS service when not require?

i have not found any battery problems. although it takes 3 hrs to charge completely(which is not very good) but after being fully charged the phone can run smoothly for more than 2 days.

Hi I would like to buy this Phone within 3-4dys.
Can sombody tell me is the phone getting Froyo 2.2 in the future?Can i update the phone with a technician without going to Samsung?
I believe Froyo 2.2 should solve all the problems with the phone.

I bought this idiot phone 5 days back. The battery life is vvvvv poor. Samsung has supplied free pouch along with this. But, damn this pouch is suitable for Galaxy 5. Is this the way SAMSUNG cheat people. They have fooled everyone that this phone get froyo update. But now they decline. Samsung has released this model in India during Diwali season to cheat people. Be rest assured they will stop manufacturing this model all of a sudden.

This phones battery performance is very very poor. It takes more than 3.30hrs to get fully charged. The power doesn't last even a day. When it reaches 50%, chances are that it may go down to 5% very shortly. Samsung has released the phone without proper factory testing. Samsung claims it is a powerful battery but what is the use. I have followed all battery calliberation methods while charging but of no use. Fresh buyers be cautious about this problem with the phone. I think samsung will stop production of this model all of sudden. It is better for samsung if they follow stringent factory testings before it reaches stores.
