Regarding the new froyo beta test most of the bugs are fixed whereas the video lag bug isn't fixed...i meant JPF...

Mohit, 06 Jan 2011Yes I observed that yesterday, and I think battery backup was better in 2.1 as compare to 2.2 ... moreyes mohit ..batt backup in 2.1 is better.. tho this time i am trying to recalibrate the battery after drying it out completely and charging it for almost 8 hrs... now i am one 1 day full without charge..still better than the first time when i got 10-12 hrs of backup.. lets see how it goes...
anyway XXJPF is out on samfirmware and i am keeping eye on the feedback on xda.. if it seems good then i may try it after few days of time.. regards.

Mohit, 05 Jan 2011No, it's not getting connected, earlier i was getting an error while installing MTP error was'... moredear mohit i m also facing this problem of call breaking sometime unfortunately we can not fix it in JPB with one package but i hope new version JPF has no such problem will try it n post my experience ,plz others also share if u try it.
### regarding KIES
*uninstall kies with 'your uninstaller'
*reboot machine
*download latest version from samsung
*install and connect
connects my phone with froyo :)

sankar, 06 Jan 2011plz help me to upgrade my galaxy3.how to update my phone...Hi,
First take back up of your phone..
then download apollo and odin from samfirmware.com or any other site.
then download the update from samfirmware i.e JPA or JPB but keep in mind JPB has some problem.
Then Switched off your phone, remove and reinsert the battery..
then press home, volume down, power button at same time you'll see a screen showing as downloading...Don't turn off target.
Now connect ur phone with PC.
then open ODIN and click on OPS button select file you download as apollo.
then click on ' one package' check box and make sure all check box are selected.
then click on one package button and select the JPA or JPB file.
and click on start witin 6 min u r enjoying froyooooooooooo

saty, 05 Jan 2011use XXJPA instead of XXJPB, i had the same issue using XXJPB,resolved after switching to JPA..Hi Saty...
