no i didn't use kies for updates i use http://www.samfirmware.com firmware on my phone you can also up date from this link if you want to. the latest update is working vvvv good I5800XXJPB Version 2.2

This phone sux. This is the fourth time I have reset and again the mobile stopped detecting. It only works for a few days. It detects the data cable as charger now. Android really is getting on my nerves. just used an n8 its soo much cooler. Even my dads wave is better than this crap. Grrrr :(

hey guys just read in a korean website samsung new leaked budget phone i6800 g4 for x-mas. great phone under 15k. arm v8 800mhz cpu, 512mb ram, hvga 320x480 resolution, 3.2mp cam with flash +front vga secondary cam, adobe flash 10.1 full support, digital compass, xvid divx. im awaitaing tis superb phone buy as soon as it wil launch.

i had update my phone with I5800XXJPB for I5800 EUROPE {Android 2.2 FROYO ) on i5801Apollo and i get a 561 score at Quadrant
my phone kicks nexus one, nexus one is the best phone by Google so i5801 is the best phone if any say that
LG Optimums One (P500) and any other phone in this price: tag are better then i5801 thy r wrong

abhi, 18 Dec 2010you really know nothing about flashing.. first learn and then advice... nothing happens to... morei second that flashing wont do your phone any harm if done in the right way dont experiment just follow the guide posted on youtube (search it you will get it) you wont have any problem.

first learn and then advice...
nothing happens to imei. and nothing happens to update..
if we can flash it we can also fool kies to provide update.
i can fool kies to give me any update or downgrade for any country...
and service centre guys know nthing...
if you brick your phone, just say to them, it happnd on its own..
and they r so stupid they'll believe you..

Hey guys if you want to latest market update on g3 (gingerbread market) then go to setting-application-manage application then select market here option of uninstall click it and uninstall market latest version then on opening market application first you see that it is old version of market but dont worry close market application after five to eight minute when you open the market you got brand new gingerbread version of market . I will do it succesfully thanks
