Can someone in the know confirm whether or not the i7500 has an FM Radio? If it doesn't, I'm not getting it, as a radio is invaluable for when you want to listen to news, chat shows, the latest tunes etc - that you can then purchase to playback on the same phone! GSM Arena, you mention a radio in the Preview page, but not on the Specification page. Which is correct?
Looks like Android is very promising, and will be the next OS for many phones, ahead of Symbian. Good because it is open software, and everyone will be writing applications for Android phones. Looks like the future is pretty bad for Nokia (crap phones with old OS)!
The spec sheet lists no RDS Radio but you mention it on the first page. Update?
I like the specs, assuming it has radio the rest is all I need right now, GPS, Wifi, 3.5mm, decent CPU and so on. Unfortunately I don't trust Android to be solid yet.. will probably go with Symbian instead. Dull, dull but reliable.
Supanit2020, 21 May 2009Android .... Android ... how does it operate? Anything from Windows OS phone can share with? ... moreit's a new os man.. let it the time to raise.. furthermore it's open source so I'm assured that a lot of programs will be available in the close future

Anything from Windows OS phone can share with? ... morePlease not that Just beacause HTC made the first Android handset, it is in no way connected to the Windows Mobile Platform.
Read up on its features via the android fan sites and always remember Android is in direct competition with Windows Mobile, Iphone, Sybian etc. so don't expect them to support each others file formats etc.

Anything from Windows OS phone can share with? How are appointment, notes and office operations? Can we transfer data we have in Windows OS phone to this "stranger"? In terms of operating it, is it different from Windows OS. Does it have "office" functions, like words, excel, etc. Is there any items used in the Windows OS working in the "Android"?
Question, question and question?
must be awesome, I'll purchase it as soon as it would be available
small ram.it will stuck
I really hope it will have 1700 3G and still be unlocked. That would boost sales because then Tmobile customers would buy like crazy
5800 user, 19 May 2009Why no Radio???? And what's the video recording?Hi, there is no radio for the same reason there isn't one in any Apple product (and Apple don't hype the radio plugin module for the regular iPod). Radio is free - so you don't buy and download tunes - the business model for iPhone OS and Android. Silly tho, because if you're listening to Radio 1 (UK station) and like a tune, you can fire up iTunes or Android player and buy the song - so what gives Sammy? Add a radio, and if the next iPhone is not up to scratch, the i7500 is my next phone. Re video, if the i7500 doesn't do 720p like the excellent camera on the Tocco Ultra 8300, I'm also holding out for the new iPhone or am going to give up and make my own phone...
N97 RULES!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why no Radio???? And what's the video recording?
does release mean selling it to the public? or just presenting the phone in an official press meeting or something like that?!
