vindict, 02 Aug 2009so meaning ryt now if im gonna zoom a picture i will see a set of pixels because ryt now its v... morewhat the hell, colors ang pixel has no connection! Lol!
You will see no difference in 64k and 16m! Try to see and compare! They are just numbers!
Teh Guru, 04 Aug 2009If they have a phone like this with capacitive multi touch function screen + window mobile 6.5... moreYeah, kida disappointing this phone is resistive touch and not capacitive.
Anyway, does anyone know if i will be able to get offline maps and make use of the A gps?
(hopefully free, if you know what i mean)
I know this could be aimed at any winmo device, but since i will be checking this thread more often it'll suit me :D.
I was thinking offline maps of:
If they have a phone like this with capacitive multi touch function screen + window mobile 6.5 . That phone kills every other phone!!! ALL OTHER PHONES WILL BE JUNK by then. U guys gota agree more or less
I really wonder what more can we put into a mobile device that this phone already has ;-)
Disadvantages is :-
1) No build in touch pen compare to B7610
2) No build in keypad compare to B7610
3) No touch focus camera
4) No dual mode (W&L) compare to B7610
The last point is ... VERY EXPENSIVE IN MALAYSIA!!!!!!
I'm thinking about getting this phone. Is it any good? i'm not too bothered about memory et. just if it has a good battery time and if its easy to text?
Robe, 03 Aug 2009Believe me, the screen of Omnia 2 is the best screen I've ever seen.the color resolution of OMNIA 2 is no match to Jet 64K vs 16 Million of Jet.
hi all omnia 2 users,
could you share how the battery is in this beast?
with moderate usage, can it last 2 full days ?
Robe, 04 Aug 2009Yes.but this phone will just support the 1900 freq of the AT&T 3G network, and not the 850 one. will this cause a more often "on and off" situation on my 3G service? ie, when somewhere only supports 850, my phone will not have 3G service in such area. hope u understand, thx a lot
AlEx, 04 Aug 2009does this thing supports the 3G network of AT&T in California? Thanks!!Yes.

I'm just curious..I've been using omnia for quite sometimes and the speaker or ringing tones sounds so bad.At times i cant even hear if i put it in my pocket.I wonder if omnia II had the same speaker prob as the so called part 1 and my phone keep lagging and hanging. Is there anybody out there had tried the OmniaII?? I need some feedback.
John, 03 Aug 2009I love New Samsung Phones. So, believe or not I have Omnia HD, Jet and Omnia 2. I would recome... moreumm for me i want a phone with a bigger screen tho. 3.1 in is too small for a good video experience :[ i swear if they threw a 3.5 in screen on that and priced it at like 500 unlocked/ no contract i would buy it immediately LOL but they didnt, so my choice would be omnia 2. omnia hd is just too limited right now cuz of the s60 v5 os is so new. there are barely any 3rd party apps right now compared to the huge amounts of apps with window mobile :] so imo omnia 2 would be the best choice for a person looking for multimedia in there phone like me :]
I'm 14 years old and my dad bought this phone for me, actually I want the Jet one but sadly my Dad likes this phone a lot.
Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970I love New Samsung Phones. So, believe or not I have Omnia HD, Jet and Omnia 2. I would recomend you to buy Jet over Omnia 2 if you do not need to do Docoment Editing by your Phone. I like my HD too but is little too big.
Omnia Jet it does all you need plus is small and cheapest.
Unlikely this phone is coming to the UK as Vodafone had big problems with Omnia 1
