What on earth are you banging on about? If this was a race then the N86 is 9 months too late mate - Innov8 released October 2008, Nokia limps in with the N86 in June 2009, literally days/weeks before Samsung take things to the next level with the Omnia HD, Pixon12 and the M8920. Nokia are not even in the "race" mate, they're lagging. Badly.

I really haven't played around much with the video feature so I can't say about that.
I use mine most for still photos and Navigation system in car. Have set up a holder on dashboard so the phone fits in horizonally. WORKS great. Route 66 is very good. 3D maps and the speakes are LOUD so it talks you right to your destination.
In Europe you need it with all the villages and curvy roads. Its spot on to within 20 meters.

@ dirk...do you know if the lip syn issue was resolved in an update or does anyone have a site i can visit to find out...Have been reading many posts but no success yet..When i originally had it lots of apps would not work but i know thats changed over the past months...

In PC studio with USB hooked up to your phone click on 'synchronize''. All your contacts will be copied to your PC.
If for some reason you lose the numbers in your phone just click on 'sync' again and they all go back.

Hi INNOV8 users,
Just wanna ask whether we can install Nokia Maps either version 1.2 or version 2.0 to INNOV8 ?? If yes, is there a way to do it ?? Because so far only nokia provide offline viewing the maps without connected to the internet. Did Samsung also have the offline maps viewing software as well ?
Almost used this handset around 3 weeks, the battery life so far so good.
I get to know there is a software "Advance Call Manager" that allow to blacklist the number that we don't want. Can this software slowdown the performance of the phone after install ?? Will this software cause the phone to crash ?? Because so far I know that the software is running at the background like the antivirus doing the monitoring job.
Last I to ask whether I can copy or backup a set of my contacts to the memory card ?? I can't find any option that allow me to do that. Somebody please advice.

The n95/n95 both state 3d graphics accelarater in specs but i8510 is meant to have one too but cant find info..does it have one or not. Thank u

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970read gsmarena view first then take it from most of us thats its the best..for you its up to whether you want touchscreen or good old buttond ie d-pad..I can see the n97 been buggy slow and very big..I know wen i had this its was flawless bar lyp sync which in am trying to find out about..To get battery up to full blast you have to keep playing videos whilst charger is in until it stops charging,,it took me about 9 hrs but it tripled battery life..I used to video my guinea pig running and cleaning itself in slo-mo and you could see all it muscle movements..The slo-mo video does darken a bit wen i had it so use in well lit room..the speakers had quite good tone and quite bassy and full..Anyways hope to get it friday if lyp syc issue sorted..

I had this 5 months ago cause of lip sync issues..Have these been solved over the months please cause it would be a great help..The problem was video record/playback at 30 fps vga quality that lips sync occured mainly..Been round a few fones but overall this is the best symbian at moment..I do not like touchscreens altho some say 5800 and samsung hd are good i dont want to buy these and be depressed..Thanx and Thanx again..

Try this .......
Run some music or a movie in repeat mode until the phone goes COMPLETELY dead............totally.
Then leave the phone OFF and charge it FULL.
