If the phone does not have sound, perform a Factory Data Reset.
You will delete all the information from the phone, but it could help.
After the Factory Data Reset, there is nothing you can do, Just take it to a Samsung Tech

how can i upgrade it to jellybean
it is really fast now but i cant play clash of clans since it is still on gingerbread
i really love this phone .
just like having a home theater specially if it is connected in our sound system

Better don... moreI have been using this phone since August 2012 and have wonderful experiences. Absolutely no problems with any features. Camera is absolutely fine with good quality, projector is awesome, I can notice people around me wonder about it. dont know how someone else is having some problems, may be they have viruses installed in. get some antivirus and clean it up, you will love this piece.
