The only thing that could tempt you to buy it would be it's physical keyboard. No one can tell you for sure if the screen on i8910 will last, but I think it will and it is amazing. If you want better specs go with i8910 and if you want keyboard then go with N97.

i really read that some days before there...but is it true?
which one u prefer actually this phone or nokia n97?
(for long use) will the touch screen will fail after prolonged use or can u rely the touch screen like the physical keyboard on n97?
Samsung i8910 Omnia HD or nokia n97?
which is the best for long use? (strictly long use)
(becoz while comparing specs even every child knows that this phone is far ahead than n97; (i mean one generation ahead) than n97)
in wikipedia itz written that AMOLED screens
loses 50% brightness after some time. Is it true dear frnds?
or the toch screen? will it fails in anytime in my future use? or is it better to go for physical key board instead?
can u really rely on samsung for long use as we already know nokia which is the world leader in mobiles....
Yes, its been fixed, the phone is apparently perfect except for one conflict, if its fixed than the phone is the perfect phone.
here it comes:
HD videos recorded stutter (low fps)
apparently, all HD vids I recorded stutter, and Youtube can also prove that as so as directly uploaded mp4 files from phone.
does anyone know if they will fix this?

I appreciate your reply indeed. the streching and pinching way of iphone is indeed superb which made me relinguish my plan to buy N97 because it doesn't live up the expectation. I wonder how about i8910 way of zooming.. is it the same with iphone? I wish i8910 have a bit smaller dimension. anyway have they fix the audio quality of HD video yet? Thanks again.

Anonymous, 23 Jul 2009has somebody compare i8910 capacitive ts with apple? is it anywhere near or the same? it would... moreThe i8910 in my opinion is actually more sensitive to touch than the iphone. It responds really fast. Multi-touch is a method of input on a touchscreen that allows two or more fingers to be used on the screen at one time. Apple's iPhone is famous for introducing multi-touch to the cell phone world by using it to allow pinching and stretching gestures on the screen to control zooming. Multi-touch is something typically associated with capacitive touchscreen displays rather than with more common resistive touchscreen displays.

Ben, 23 Jul 2009Does anyone elses box say 8Go on the front of it instead of 8GB ?? Does anyone know what this ... moreGo is the same with Gb. the "o" is from octet, the other name for byte (1 byte= 1 octet = 8 bits...)
Nado, 23 Jul 2009Can this device take pics as cool as Nokia N95 8GB specially at night------Pls answer---Thnks..As far as Im concerned. Even the Innov8 can take better pictures than the N95 8GB. It is already proven. My Omnia HD can take better pics than the N95. You just have to have some knowledge on operating a camera. For eg if that flash is not strong thats why Samsung gave us ISO coz in photography using the flash is the last resort as it maybe too harsh. As we would like to use natural light. So in my opinion I would prefer not to the flash as much as possible so whether Xenon or not it not important to me. Hope that answer to your question. Just my opinion.
