mike, 24 May 2009Please tell me honestly, is this phone is better than iphone for browsing the internet? i think the browser of iphone is better than s60 v5, and yes all application of s60v5 will work on omniaHD except for application that has "nokia" on it.
Anonymous, 24 May 2009in the final version (which is coming), audio recording is fixed, no amr... not to worryWhere do you got that from? I'm really interested...
Or did you just made it up?
To Stefan:
-What do you think about the battery time of omnia HD, bad, moderate or good?
-And my main question about the GPS, if you go outside how long does it take to get a gps fix
(WITHOUT A-GPS, SO WITHOUT INTERNET)
Thanks in advance
Sjafko

Would you bear the torture of waiting? I will for sure!

Well after having the phone for about 5 days heres my report.
This is my first Symbian based phone and after reading some comments from here about apps not working etc.. I got a little worried. Well I dont understand how some couldnt even install Opera mini? I have v4.2 on my phone right now (N95 8gb version works no problem), including google maps.
With more reading, I was also able to sign my own applications which allowed me to put on NDrive, Spb TV and Photoflow without a problem.
Like I said, this is my first Symbian phone and the way you install things isnt as nice as my Ipod Touch for example... but I've definitely not had a problem with any *.sis file so far. The only compatibility problems will be applications not designed for the S60 5th properly... but in my experience most have been ok.
