while i'm playing, the temperatures rises from 36... moreYes the phone is known to get hot, if it is when you are on a voice call, make sure that the screen is turned off (because the more stuff that is running the hotter it gets) try to keep it cool. you could look online on ways to keep your phone from overheating.
If your phone gets really hot in 30 min, talk to who gave it to you. but keep in mind that it was free :/ hope that helps you.

Anonymous, 26 Jun 2012we need one!!!!!!!!!!!! Any give a ways.........I requested that Samsung Warranty Dept send me a brand new phone not refurbished. I picked it up myself at to guarantee that is was new and not refurbished although I had to travel over 100 miles round trip it was worth it to me. I no longer use AT&T as my carrier so this phone is available for $220.00 that includes the otter case that I purchased separately.
