Hi guys i've had this fone for like 3 months now and the battery life seems to be really bad i charge the fone everyday about twice a day it's really frustrating is there maybe something that needs to be deactivated that i don't need to save my battery????

copy and paste your desired mp3 inside the Windows folder in My Device. then try to go to your settings and open the sounds and notifications, there you can find the mp3 and you can use it as ring tone or message alert tone

try to pair the device from which you want to get certain files(videos, pictures, mp3s, etc.)with your omnia using the bluetooth. once done this device can now be found in the Bluetooth FTP folder of your omnia. try to go to this folder (bluetooth ftp) using File Explorer and open or tap this device (cellphone) and try to find the file you want and you can copy this file from that device then paste it to your desired storage in your omnia.

i think this is d best phone i ever seen..this is better than iphone or some touch screen phone..your problem is not on the phone..the problem is from the user..everyone knows wat i mean..so stop giving bad opinions from this phone..its great and very nice phone!

it seems that I'm not the only person havin this problem. So, no1 knows if i can install applications directly on the 16G mem if the application itself is not prompting me where i would like the installation to be.

Does anybody know how to save the files received via bluetooth on the 16 or 8 gig memory instead of the main phone memory?is it possible at all?

i can't play the mp3 in the touch player, but it would play on the media library...how can i set it?
pls. help me how to switch all my received data stored in storage memory of 16GB, for the sake of my mobile and to avoid memory low.

Can I connect somehow an external antenna??? My Omnia seems insensitive and I operate in a poor signal area. Does any car kit help >>

Plz advise. i'm installing applications on my omnia (which is why i bought it) skyscape in particular, and there appications donot prompt me to which directory i want to install, but rather automatically installs on the miniature 80MB memory(in the program files) leaving the 16GB memory. I mean why the heck can't they put all windows and program files on one big memory? can smone tell me how to change settings to install in 16GB memory. thx very much

acehadi, 24 Jun 2009my wife use it. and battery is sucks !!! Must recharge it everyday. now she is planning to cha... morelol sorry to say it but that just means your wife probably doesnt know how to adjust the settings properly. you can try searching forums / google how to conserver energy. my omnia can easy last 2-3days, which may not be a long time, but at least its decent enough. esp since i use wifi and play games on it. check out your power saving / screen options, and another big thing is your network band selection. i changed it from 'Automatic' to 'GSM 900 / 1800' and the battery life increased dramatically.

Jasper, 24 Jun 2009hi, just wondering what the box with an exclamation mark inside means... it always pops up alm... morehey jasper, the exclamation mark just means there's a notification. Anyway, you can take a look at your omnia booklet, or maybe search online, they'll show you all the symbols and what each one means.
