if im not mistaken u can actually choose the location of your beam files,you can choose to ur main memory ot MY STORAGE or in your memory card slot...

wow you remind me of myself...thats a good sign next thing you know your using different rom cook by the people that are truly making omnia a good phone...but the battery still the issue...

i agree with you 101% even though you can fine HTC(progs) IPHONE(themes) EXPERIA(facade apps)WINMO6.5...all in one OMNIA HAVE IT ALL...

and lastly to you harry im will not agree to this statement...Mine works perfect, battery life is great more than 3 days normal use, more than a week rare use...i used al the rom in modaco but only or should i say battery is the main problem with this phones but for the greats apps and appreciation they slowly begun to understand that omnia burns battery faster...

all my opinion is base only on my phone actual daily basis usage and upgrading to a different rom...if you argue a lot its not my problem but one thing for sure my omnia wont last a day....minimal used of mp3 watching super natural and lots of time for texting after that internet browsing then watching youtube (bonds ship naruto)...thats it...

features are rubbish!
i have been using the omnia for 5 and a half ... morei will give u one good reason why this phone is great but not too good....
you can actually put the whole season4 of super natural in this phone(mines16gig)....so for some reason your thinking is this a waste of time...money etc etc...think first ok...you have to explore ur omnia b4 say anything that u havent thought it yet...okay

Apart from the Ommnia being amazing, I worry about the battery not ablle to last more than one day while mostly on standby. Vodashop Middelburg said this to be common to touch screen phones. I find this hard to believe. My phone is rarely two weeks old. What are my options? 0832307844

BUT, when i tried to install a m... moremaybe your samsung omnia is still network locked to aussie.
if unlocked already, go to samsungmobile or samsung electronics website. choose your country. find your fone model in the mobile fones list. at your Omnia product page, look for the link to product support/softwares/manuals, from there, there are lists of manuals and software/firmware updates with instructions how to upadatw your Omnia firmware using your pc.

I am planning to get rid of my n95 phone as its giving me headache and thinking of getting omnia instead! Is this a better alternative to n95? Other than the stylus that is just hanging on the phone, is omnia really a good phone. I am pretty sure others will answer depending on my need. Well, I need everything especially its wifi capability because Im an internet lover. Cheers:)

Very Good Phone. I think it depends on the needs of people, Mine works perfectly, always using the camera, mp3 player, and the battery doesn't drain fast. almost 4 months of using it. I love it. Previously owned a F480, it's good though, but this i900 8gb of mine is way better than the F480, I already consumed 4.8Gb of space and it's still Fast. so cheer up guys. try to hadle your phone with care, and I know the phone will work great if you handle it very carefully. why PPC with great processor has slow respond and drain battery?
but...after i learned it and join to modaco forum...
wow..!!this is the fastest PPC i ever try.. the battety work perfect.
i can use HTC program... i can tweak omnia and make it better...
what's wrong with u guys..??
