Its a great phone. :-) It's more complete than the Apple Iphone. It is true that it is better than Iphone. :-) I just read an article in a newspapers and gadget magazine "don't compare us with Iphone because we are better than Iphone" boasted by Samsung.
I only have 2 complains for the Omnia.
1.) I wish that the stylus was built in so that i done need to tie it on my phone.
2.) The multiple sending of the messages are limited to less than 10 people.

Seems that some of u likes ur OMNIA so much .. Well its seems tat OMNIA giving more n more problems still u guyz purchase it.. Stop wasting monies and change to other users .. SONY C series not bad .. NK N series nt bad .. For sony camera n music power .. for NK user friendly bt for SAMSUNG?? wats gd? .. Camera?? 5mega? haiyoo cant fight with C905 SE n N95... OMNIA 5mega?? .. haizzz 1.3 mega phones more better ...

heyya, 17 Dec 2008how can change the language set up of this phone? to change the langugage go to settings, system, local settings and you can switch it there.

phone is a bit expensive, however it does what it promises.. lucky i got the uk version (4~5 days battery life), cause people with greek operators' roms have many problems with battery life mainly. more about the device can be found on the below site.. http://www.onlline.org/omnia/

Anonymous, 16 Dec 2008samsung mobile. com but the latest ones are found on modaco, go to the omnia thread, and there... morequick note!!! all roms found at modaco need a windows xp machine to run the update, if you only have vista you will need to use the rom updates available from samsung mobile, which are either xp, or vista. macs are not supported, alternativley you can visit a samsung service center and they will upgrade the rom for you to the latest available to them.

for all, the latest rom available on the samsung website is HJ1, this is a good rom, the latest available on the net is HK3 this is even better, there will be an update in the next few days with HL2 rom, with new widgets!!!!!! this is excellent news. i cant stress this enough 95% of issues are resolved with a rom upgrade. HH1, HH3 are the worst roms i have used, and battery life apauling. battery life gets better and better with every new rom. for those that dont know you can check your rom at , menu, settings, system, version...

Charge over night til 7 o'clock morning and after 9 hours of stand by and exactly 8 minutes of talk my battery is on half power!!! Excuse me but this is NOT normal. And there is no wifi,bluetooth or any other connection left ON. A very disapointed customer.Tommorow i goin to give my device on testing.
