so much diff for the battery life?
we can ask SS to chg for us within 7 days or 1yr? wrty period if the battery is hving shorter life or completely KO then only can change?

I just purchased the American version thru Verizon. I live in the states and we usually get phones later then the rest of the world and it usually comes tweeked a bit. I paid 300.00...did I make a mistake?
I upgraded from the Glyde.

Amazing phone, still waiting the "American Version" (hsdpa 850 1900 mhz) to use the 3g in america.

Had this phone for almost a month now. Went for servicing once cause there is a white sport in the screen and over sensitive.. The camera is ok but the video recording is bad... The video is took is laggy other then all this problem the phone can consider pretty good...

I have the same battery problem. Its life is very short. just last a half day or max. one day. I think we have to ask Samsung to collect all the i900 from us. My friend has i900, but his battery is quite good. It can last four days. So i do not know how come my battery is no good. We need to ask Samsung to exchange our batteris as soon as possible.

I had to return mine. Texting is difficult, short battery life, when on the phone, the keyboard locks, calculator is difficult to find. It was posh but difficult to use - more a gimmick

hey all. i've had my omnia for 2 weeks now and i love it! only problem i had is the camera button wich puts me through to photo slides. it doesn't work anymore. says "error opening the shortcut or location the target filename." any advice? maybe i just changed something stupid?

It looks like an awsome phone!! I am so dissapointed! I bought one yetserday, rushed home to put it on the charger & left it to charge over night, the phone came on this morning & i was bsy looking arround & then it just switched off, i have tried everything, taken the battery out etc.. & the phone still wont come on! Very expensive piece of crap!!

umm well yea i have had a lil issue with my batt today but its because i just got it and i been playin with it also have not charged it over night yet but calls net and music will drain it psycoly if its not lastin more then 4 hours i would have to say its faulty

samsung i900 is a cool touch screen phone. i have use it for 3 months n i think overall its good accept tat it run on windows mobile which i do not like

brad, 27 Nov 2008hi.. just make sure you go into start settings task manager and end all tasks .. its because t... moreHey Brad thanx for the response.Anyway I do turn off bluetooth, wifi, turn on all power saves and also aware about the end tasks option.In fact I find myself using the end tasks option every time i use it..like a habit.Yet I find myself having to charge my phone a couple times a day cuz it just doesn't last with average use.If I actually use the music player, surf the net for sometime, receive some phone calls..it dies 50%faster.Are u experiencing the same with your phone?How long does yours last?But i haven't tried turning off HSDPA yet.What is that?I'll have to try that and see if it improves.Thanks.
