Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970Omnia is a unique device. I knew what features it had and that's why I bought it. Only when I began to use the phone I realized how also it was practical and easy to use. There are different keyboard options and is really fast to use. The touch screen is very precise.
Also, the design is fantastic.
I didn't expect to be this satisfied with its performance, but I am, extremely.
This is a phone for advanced PC users, so if you want a "smart" phone, you should definitely buy this one. If you need only a phone, you can buy a product focusing on that.
and i thought iphone was crap, this is even worse than my iphone, totally disappointed

look iam a nokia fan but i think samsung makes a great move with this phone..windows mobile have prop yes but u can solve by updating rom and also omnia have office u can use it...and the silent mode by turing the device and the accelometer....and i told u that iam a nokia fan but i don't like the E serise
i intrest in N series
why
despite that omnia has a windows mobile os that would help me too much due to the availability of its programs but many reviews talks about some internal prop that seems not coming from the software itself while E71 has many great feature and the only i regret that it has a symbian os software where many of the programs i need on it is not recently available
i'm in medical school so i need something that help me in my studies like office applications skyscape and others
got my point
Anonymous, 21 Oct 2008FFS, I'm looking to buy this phone but I can't get a straight answer as to how good it is beca... moreI am really surprised to hear that some Omnia users are calling this phone "crap". I am begining to wonder whether they are Samsung haters with a vendetta to tarnish the image. My friends in the UK & me in Saudi Arabia own this phone & believe me we have no complaints so far other than transferring data to the device which is due to our inability to master the phone. Otherwise, comparitively this is a fantastic phone.
Can't understand why Samsung didn't use Hong Kong as a testing ground/showcase for the China market like everyone else. The i908 is only releasing in HK just this past 2-3 weeks with an expensive ad campaign(i.e. TV, newspaper, etc.), but to me and probably others, it's dated technology with a high price tag......a dud. My preferred phone now would be HTC HD.
