Hope your are using the sylus to align the screen. If it's the issue with your touchscreen for the time being you will need to restart your phone to continue using it and forget about aligning until you have the touch screen replaced. Reseting the phone has a 5% chance of solving your problem. If you find any other solution, other than replacing the TS, please let me know.

I've se... morei think ur phone is not dead because i have face many time this issue once during installation my laptop restart and it was the end of installatoin but windows was not completly installed. my dear first of all u install active sync 4.5 from www.filehippo.com and after installation reinstall ur phone windows. and after this email me on my email address ibbrahim@hotmail.com
