I had the phone and did not like it and below are the reasons:
1.Does not auto adjust the wallpaper to fit fully on your screen.
2.Does not support MP4 Videos
3.Touch screen is not so responsive
4.Ring tone profile, not so loud.
5.touch pad dialing not so great and only support 4gb and not 8Gb directly from samsung themselves.
6. Camera is good with the flash, without the flash during the night, no so good.
i returned the phone within two days of purchase.

hi guys please be aware of buying samasung i900
omnina from a seller called electronicmobileplaza@yahoo.com who is selling i900 for 300usd.He is a rude and dishonest person who will never ship the mobile even if u have paid the full amount. The sellers name is mohammad khalid and he is in canada.He said send me 396AUD and the product will be shipped and then after sending the exact amount via money gram he came up with a new issue that i will have to send more 150USD for shipping then the product will be shipped in 2 working days. i did send that money also finally after receiving around 650 Aud from me he said pay another 100usd for certificate of ownership for the product and then he will authorize the shipment. now i am not interested in buying the product and asked the money back for that he says hire a lawyer and take legal action. He is a moron and a bloody cheat. So please be aware of him.

Is it possible to remove items from the Widget sidebar? Without placing them on the Home Screen. I want to actually delete items from the Widget sidebar. It would also be useful if I could add things as well. Thanks.

This is truly a great phone, but unfortunately not for all. The 3G signal (2100)will not work in US. So if you are a US user you will either need to wait for INNOV8 or go with an iPhone. What a waste from Samsung's part.

How do you remove the recent log from the i900 after you have sent a text? as quite often it duplicates names and is quite irritating and also is there a way you can get the messages to display like they do in the sent box because in my inbox its difficult to read my messages at times as they all stream together!

I have transfered some albums to my i900 but it doesn't display the album covers. I can see them on my PC in Windows Media Player. How do I get the i900 to display album covers? Just one other thing. Why can I only play MP4 videos? I would like to be able to play AVI, MPG etc. If someone could help me out that would be great. Thanks!

Be careful guys, you can't change the language on this phone, so if you don't speak the language of the country from where you are buing it, better don't do that.
I just got it in Nederlands, with duch language, and acording to Samsung there is no way to change the language right now, so I might consider returning the phone back.

Hoo, bad luck for me, i phoned MTN to ask if they do have it on stock yet unfortunately that is a big No because they said i must check at the end of January.That is very bad, my contract expires on the 20th of September.

On the samsung site they speak of expandable memory up to 16GB.

flip, 04 Sep 2008when playing the music. can you use the loud speaker? Yes you can use the speaker for Phone, Radio and Player. Not Stereo but pretty good given size.
