Over $1,000 for a phone? Yeah, its got some good specifics but I don't think anyone is willing to drop a grand for a phone. Yeah, it might beat the iPhone 3G in specs but it ain't out selling it. How much would you pay? $1000 for the Samsung or $200 of the iPhone 3G. Don't be a sucka. Get the iPhone.

Samsung has officially announced the i900 as the Omnia. This will come in 16GB and 8GB versions, while the rest of the specs remain the same for both. The 16GB version will first be available at S$1,098 and those interested will be able to buy one right after CommunicAsia on June 17 from stores and operators. From the images provided by Samsung, the Omnia will come with the widget interface which we have seen in other devices like the Samsung SGH-F480--the difference is that this will be the company's first Windows Mobile phone to sport it.

This is sooooo much better than the iphone 3G, its got a 5m MEGAPIXEL CAMERA! and pretty much everything the iphone has, and UNLOCKED too!!!

it's not that great, so no need to say WOW, it doesn't even have a descent screen, 65kb, my phone of three years ago has 264kb
and samsung, get a 3.5 inch.

i think its a great phone but battery life is as important too... so until the battery life is disclosed cool down ppl :)

THIS IS SO MY TYPE!!!Its got everything I've been looking for. 5mp,lots of built in memory, expandable memory,and Touchscreen!! SO HAPPY SAMSUNG CAME UP WITH THIS! its AWESOME! BUT, a couple of answers plz, when will it be coming out? how much will it be? will it be in canada any time? whats a good website that you guys already trust and have bought a phone from that I can probably trust???

iPhone without Apple software? You wish. Hardware specs make iPhone look like a baby's toy. Absense of Apple software is the best thing that can happen to any device. Freshmen in college could write better software than Apple programmers. This phone is going to rock the cellular world.

I always disliked ALL the HTC phones (even... moreto be honest, ask any exprt, the human eye cannot really tell the difference between 65k, 256k and 6mil colours. what is most important is resolution. that colors thing is just a gimmick that is utilized primarily by nokia. trust me, you cant tell the difference

FINALLY. the perfect phone- it has most of the recent advances in cellular tech- an OS, 5mp cam (fully functional, radio, music, touchscreen. good going samsung- cant believe that htc nor se didnt do this first, o well, their lost
