Stefan, 26 May 2010Hello to all! Is there eny way to deactivate the auto-rotate on this phone? I looked at settin... moreafter you put motion sensor on manual ,you can also go to sitting>personal>buttons and assign rotate screen to be activated by pressing or holding a button.
the official firmware update is not good,you have to learn how to flash your phone with a cooked room,but you must read the steps carefully .

Hello to all! Is there eny way to deactivate the auto-rotate on this phone? I looked at settings and i could not find enything to help me. Second is there a code that yould make the touchscreen more responsive ( i found a code to increase the music volume but no code for the touch) or i have to go to samsung service to get the latest firmware. In my opinion this omnia is a capable phone but using a stilus is a must in most operations with this phone.

Hi! Can anyone assist me regarding my Iphone. I am struggling to cold boot it since it has windows mobile 6.1. Can anyone eplainr to me how do i get it to work again because all i see it the pin button and it does not except my pin number.

xDice316x, 24 May 2010yes i noticed unless u do a hard reset to redo the calibration to your touch i end up pressing... morethe only way to treat with i900 omnia touch screen without hard reset the device is by installing phm registery on your phone and changing the touch values that i mentioned before then realign the screen and soft reset the device .

IBRAHIM TAHER, 23 May 2010to make your touch screen more friendly and has lowest aligning problem : you shoud installing... moreyes i noticed unless u do a hard reset to redo the calibration to your touch i end up pressing the key on the keyboard below the one i'm trying to press, do you know of any other way to re-calibrate the touch screen with out the hardrest or additional software? i'm sure there should be a built in way

dude, 23 May 2010i like this phone..it's just that i can't play videos...pls help me what to do..thanx2(6months owned) the windows media player plays WMV (old skool)
and the samsung player built in plays Dvix, i use a converter to turn all my
videos to mp4 before i drag n drop them to the phone and it plays the best on the phone.

Hey guys, 23 May 2010Hello: Does the i900 led torch activate by holding the volume key down? (like u600 d900 g600 etc)its best phone and its back light is amazing and it works by holding down volume key for a few seconds

second day after i got this phone, i installed htc touchflo.. and bam!!! it was a damn incredible... then i tried spb shell and wow! it's amazed me how user-friendly it was! hmm.. i tried many times to modify the ui, with android too! not to forget other it has three awesome default themes.. just to add omnia's excellent features!

pakjan, 18 May 2010Now i have problem with the touch screen not function , so anybody can help me..pleaseto make your touch screen more friendly and has lowest aligning problem : you shoud installing phm registery( my device\hkey_local_machine\hardware\touch)
then make ( max calerror to be 18 instead of 7 , click 2000 ,down up 750 , and calibration data make it
(693,522 476,891 401,155 888,148 905,902).
test this values and make soft rest . good luck

i900 its good !!!!! especially when you know how to use the computer, and i suggest , that u may try to call samsung customer care , for you to be able to assist w/ your concerns....
