Samsung i900 Omnia - user opinions and reviews

hey guys ive been to megamall and i found out that in the samsung booth they have launch the omniaII and the omnia PRO in the ground floor main entrance of building A and i approach their event coordinator if i can update my 6.1 omnia i900 and she told me its not included in the upgradable phones here in PH so i assume only the latest omnia can have the latest updates from6.1 to 6.5........so sad

but there is no icon as memory card
this is built in memory and my vedio and images {which r directly taken by this phone} goes in that memory {16gb} but when some one transfer any song or muvee to me via bluetooth,that goes in my storage which is only 97MB ,so plz help me to use my 16GB memory

i highly recommend the SKYPE WINMO...i actually use skype as my voice chat but i hope its much better if omnia can launch the videocall using skype or use like a webcam like in yahoo or skype maybe that would be wonderful unfortunately it can only be used it chat and voice calling...

I really hate this phone. The design of the keypad is so bad. camera quality isn't as good as I expected. Not user friendly at all. Very disappointed and will never buy samsung ever again!

My i900 hangs whn Fring starts to connect through GPRS/3G .. nimbuzz connects but call drops as soon as someone receives on other end.. Internet works fine and rest thrs no other issue..can anyone solve this or is there anyother VOIP software?

could it be....omnia is not included in the uprgading of windows mobile OS...anung petsa na oh ! ! !

Tick the able to write box,select the dotted box beside the default storage destination and choose my storage or storage card.

1. When you say never, do you mean even if you leave it overnight it doesn't turn off? Go to your settings then Power to tweak the time set.

ako eto, 04 Oct 2009does fring work on i900? where do you buy the protective film that covers the whole omnia, my ... more1.5K sa cyberzone. Just look for the Zagg Invisible Shield. This protector covers around 95% of the phone and offers very good scratch protection. Medyo tricky lang ang pagkabit. Merong murang jologs na alternative...supot ng yelo. hahaha

It makes some of the most common registry tricks a lot easier. You can find more info thru samsung-omnia.org
