Galaxy SII has A-GPS.
So, does the GPS work when there's no mobile coverage?
If the maps are downloaded, then does it work as a dedicated GPS device if there's no mobile coverage?

It has come in Delhi market. I have seen it and priced at Rs 25500/-. Its really good looking phone. Very fast and with added advantage of android 2.3
the wait for the phone has been like forever. now i am kindda bored. by the time it comes, more smartphones will be announced. there should not be such a great difference between announcement and actual availability

[deleted post]I take that Yaawn back...My Bad, I really cant understand your post.. I thought you were taking a jab at me.
Hi im from Bangalore. I checked in univercell and the guy said it would be out by next Tuesday and said that it be 21000 Rs approx. So can somebody please tell how much would it cost ???
sticky back PLASTIC, 17 Mar 2011I am 99% certain you are wrong on this one! SG1 has video calling and SG2 most definitely doe... moreI am thinking it will be around $600-$700 It would never sell in Canada at 1k ... The Atrix is going for 169.00 with a three year term/renewal. I am thinking this will cost between 180-200 on the term (depending if the back is plastic or metal that is). On another note, if the release date isnt announced tomorrow, GSM Arena may as well change Q1 release date to Q2 basically 5 days left in Q1 - weekend was excluded. So Sad.
