Kavoor, 06 Apr 2012Indian S2 is not dual core anymore anyone checked!!!!!!!Every Galaxy S2 is a dual core phone.. >.
This is one of the fantastic phones that I have ever used. What disappointed me slightly was the battery life. But that I think should be expected with phone with such a large brilliant screen and the huge potential of the hardware and software.
Another thing - Tasker is one application which makes owning an android phone very interesting. Potential ability of this app to customise your phone is phenomenal.
Chahal, 06 Apr 2012This phone is the beeeeed phone every point, nokia best and forever.True.

Usually India gets the samsung firware updates a litle late than any other country...expect 1-2 weeks...it should be there.

[deleted post]At Kies, download kies at samsung.com then after the download you will be required to download all the updates, finish it. After that connect your usb cord to your phone and your pc. Kies should be able to recognize it and it will tell you there is a new update for your phone. Just select update, and wait for it to finish.

With its ARM Dual-Core Exynos and Mali 400MP GPU which is quad core, this ... moreI agree.Beside my S2 I also have a Galaxy Note and I can tell you that I prefer my S2.I'm not saying it's better, just that I prefer it and no phone comes near the S2 when you want to customize. As for those people complaining that they are having problems with their phones all I can say is return it cause you probably got a faulty unit although if they give you another from the same batch then most likely you'll have the same problem again :/. Best of luck.
