Does it ... moreGood morning mate
I hope you are well,
I am a question, which is bothering me so much since last night , and whatever I do I can't get rid of it!!
basically if you open your camera, you have a touch button at the bottom of the screen, that is for to press taking picture, which is fine,
BUT on the top of the screen, I have this gray bar which goes cross the screen from left to right (about 3mm thick), and it has a some logo button option in it, like setting, light, button etc, to adjust the camera !!! I can't get rid of this bar!! I want to make use of my FULL screen when I take picture!!
is this by default? can I get ride of it? I am sure I didn't have this bar before, but then again as I only got this phone for two weeks, I am not sure if it was there or not!
can you please confirm if you have this, and if so, is it possible to get rid of it? is this normal!
thanks very much for your help,
anyone else who can answer this , I would appreciate the comments

Does it ... moreyou tried to answer almost every comment in here as if you are a samsung representative but you don't know what's a proximity sensor? That's a shame. If you put your phone in your wallet or put it near your ear during a call, the screen turns off to save battery.

Samsung just released their last quarterly accounts. Last quarter they obtained just a 13.7% operating margin in their Telkom business and previous quarter 7.4% compare to Apple well over 50%. Samsung is trying to buy business. They have a dangerous balance sheet and Apple could blow them out of the water if they wanted to. Why buy a Samsung when they release a new top of the range caell phone every few weeks. Where is the support.
