tonyb1997, 05 Jan 2014i currently have the S4 mini and i can say that it's the best samsung phone if you want to tak... moreS4 mini will be best among them,,as its android and with latest tech... But u can also consider Lumia 820 which is cheaper than s4 mini and much better than 720/625. I got both 820 and s4 mini and r pretty gud. S4 design is great while 820 is a strong build phone. My 820 was crunched by a car, but still it was working, only screen got cracked.
attention to all s4 mini duos users (gt-i9192) ...
pls don't install the latest update (I9192DDU1BML1) which is abt 96 mb in size ... I installed tis update last week and from tat the battery drain during standby incresed by 250 % and battery drain during usage increased by 25 % ... (I.e. during night wen i sleep it usually drains 3 to 4 % of battery but now it is 14 to 15 %) ... so pls don't install tis update ...

KinG, 05 Jan 2014Sure, not a bad phone, but you pay for the "S4" name. It is basically a smaller S2. ... moreyeah that usb setting is very irritating though i dont have problems with connecting usb with pc with window 7 and above..
beside superior hardware and bigger battery is major reason of higher price than s2 (in my country s2 is about $30 cheaper than s4 mini)
AnonD-208432, 05 Jan 2014is it ur dual sim model i9192?? r u facing any network issue..m from india..and i heard after ... moreya , i m from india also . i also face network problem in this dual sim 9192 . as single sim is not available in india
The larger sized battery on this phone does not mean it lasts any longer. Although the specs on the battery are similar to the S2, S2X, S3, and S4, the 1900mAh capacity barely makes the phone last 44hrs as rated by the Battery Doctor App. When the phone is actually used, that number falls like a rock. Actual use time the battery lasts about 3-4 days.
If you don't charge the battery to full for first time use prior to playing with it. Though it is a LiOn type battery you will give it a memory so though the battery registers full, it is only 40-60% of its actual capacity. To reset the battery - Charge to full, and with the power still plugged in, remove the battery when it registers 100%. Press the power on for 5 seconds, then remove the power and put the battery back in and reboot. The battery will then be resetted so it will register 100% when it actually reaches 100%. If the battery dies or seems to require a lot of charging Google, "refresh/revive lithium cells" and follow the instructions.
