I've been waiting for a flip phone, unfortunately this isn't in any way what I expected. 15mm thickness??? 2 huge screens?? For what? It seems Samsung didn't know what it wanted. They made this phone completely idiotic! Why put such a huge screen and keys on the front? It seems stupid to open up the phone! If people wanted a bar phone, they have plenty of choice! It's just sad...

Just like how people love using flip phones ,, there are people who love using QWERTY phones ,, so SAMSUNG , please we need a QWERTY phone. You cant just end the evolution of QWERTY phones now.

When I look at the picture, I see two screens with the same size. When I look here it tells 93.3 mm (3.67") for both screens:

I still prefer the real keypads that's why i'm still using sony xperia with sliding keypad. if i will replace it, this would be my top option.

i really really want this phone.
but unfortunately, Samsung Indonesia doesn't have any plan to distribute this kind of phone in Indonesia.

i hope they change their mind, cause i believe market for flip phones still exist in Indonesia.

This is one phone which does say that the thinking in Samsung is not all that clear and there is someone who still feels that the physical key pad phones are still going to have a share.
Yes, phones with physical keypads have a market but that is the lower segment and considering the cost of the phone, people might actually prefer to buy the top end models offering top ends specs rather than this phone which actually tries to please some but in the end, pleases none, but then this is just my opinion

Touch texting sucks for those with big... moreI agree, full touchscreen phones are all piece of trash phones. I9230 might be my next phone because it does have almost everything I want except theres no support for 3g 900mhz. At least it does support 3g 2100mhz..
Battery seems to be quite small, but if the battery is removable then no problem because im sure that seidio or mugen power will produce better battery for the I9230.

samsung big victory is diversification of models, samsung w999 version advanced this one, it will hit more in youth section especially for girls side... Thanks samsung.
we will expect more flip and slider design in touch series...
