it's not about ur city n my city dear. Nokia n9 is not released in India yet but people are buying this warranty less phone in 30-35k from outside india. in India n9 is not repairable because any Nokia services dose not have its part.
Had my heart set on the xperia ion but Sony & At&t are just killed it for me with no release date after 4 months. I like this phone & the features that it has & the whole nature feel that they are going for. I already know when it comes to US it will have a dual-core CPU since the Exynos 4 Quad doesn't support LTE, but if it does ship with quad-core it would be great. I just don't understand why some ppl are bashing it tho.
Still hesitating between the blue and the white colours.
But I am willing to buy the one with biggest storage capacity :-) => I want to buy the 64GB.
I hope they will release the 64GB versions (blue and white) this time.
Samsung promised 32 GB for GSII and Nexus never did it :(
i shall wait for 2 to 3 months im sure the price drops 70% less..so lol... and waiting for motorola razr hd...
I'm using a HTC ONE X, and my wife is still using her iphone 4. I'm planning of buying her the Galaxy Note. The Galaxy Note is probably the best phone from Samsung so far (design & feature wise). I had waited for the introduction of the GS3, and after checking out the GS3 on different websites and You tube, there is no doubt the Galaxy Note is a better all round phone ... especially it come with the stylus pen.
After Galaxy S experience with Samsung, mainly consisting of unstable, bloatware software, with many application not working already and now have been abandoned with 10 months to go on the contract, I am done with Samsung.
Samsung is self flattering but to see the future just look at the satisfaction rate of existing customers. For techies, it cannot higher than 50% (Super Amoled or CPU benchmark does not define the user experience), compare that to 90% IPhone users.
Why the hell does Google not see it??? Make Android truly open and give OEM and app developers early access to souce code while in development, have supported device hardware profiles like MS and oblige licencies to provide product support for at least 24 months.
Android is a jungle at the moment for everybody, it has used up its credit. I will certainly not put up with it for my future purchases and advise friends and family to steer clear of it.
when once the galaxy note get updatet to ics then theire is no use for buying sgs 3 becourse the note has the stylus s pen and many of the same features the note will be the better phone once it got ics
Anonymous, 06 May 2012have you ever used an xperia s, if you have its probably a faulty unit. screen is fine no yell... moreTried xperia s in shop! The screen was yellowy then either cnet or gsm arena confirmed it. Dont like the bar on it as you dont actually press it and disappointed that the light didnt glow bright! Ive got a live walkman so im familiar with xperias! Theres too much plastic on xperia s making the handset awkward to hold. If it had quadcore then id understand but sammy have released s3 which has a decent screen with hardly any bezel! Be interesting to see if sony stick with that design! I do admit s3 design is boring and uninspiring!
AnonD-53487, 06 May 2012Get me a phone today, which can beat s3 in any benchmark (proof required) then i'll believe u.... moretotally agree with u,, i am an S2 user ,,, i've used iphone before and then jumped to Samsung i can say you cant put this Ridiculous iphone beside the Samsung,, just to add one more thing its enough for S2 to take the best smart phone in the world beating all competitors
i would buy htc if it had samsung's camera. why there is no ideal phone..
The Beast released & indeed it's a beast and its ugly. Little kids will be frightened if someone says i'll take out my GS3 from pocket.
Awesome phone with awesome features and design...i am crazy to buy this s3 when it released....samsung rockz......

Second, i only said that people can compare With the Xperia S and what the differense is. So keep going spread false information without any source (like Sony itself)
And you just compleet disapointed in SG3 becouse of the high hype all arround what you expect. :-)

I can understand you are disappointe... moreSamsung already did well build phones and hilarious thing, they aren't their flagships. Wave 3 compared to this has killer looks and in my country sells at half the price of Galaxy SII.
Samsung was very lazy this time wit the S3
Anyways it covers many things the S2 lacks in like the HD screen & so on ...
So ... my dear S3, when are you coming to papa ??
My S2 is already crying !! XD

Samsung Galaxy S3 vs HTC One X &
Motorola DROID RAZR HD
While it is certainly a powerful smartphone, it
fell short when compared to the rumors floating
around the blogosphere. Rumors of a 12-
megapixel camera, wireless charging, 2GB RAM,
ceramic casing akin to those used in Rado
watches, and a flexible AMOLED display were all
shot down. With these merits no longer present
in the Samsung Galaxy S3, its pedestal is slightly
lower now and other upcoming flagship devices
don't look so 'harmless' anymore.
In particular we are talking about the HTC One X
and the rumored Motorola DROID RAZR HD.
Possibly the two biggest rivals that the Samsung
Galaxy S3 will face in their title for Android King.
On paper, all three Android smartphone have
their strong and weak points when compared on
paper, with no clear winner. Both the HTC One X
and Samsung Galaxy S3 boast 8-megapixel
shooters while the Motorola DROID RAZR HD
will purportedly come with a 12MP shooter.
Battery-wise, the Motorola DROID RAZR HD will
get the 3,300mAh battery found in the RAZR
MAXX and easily trump the competition. All
three smartphones will come with 4G LTE
capability, 1GB RAM and Android 4.0 Ice Cream
Sandwich preloaded. Screen size are almost
identical too, ranging between 4.6-inches and
4.8-inches. If there is going to be a deciding
factor, it may be how the different processors
perform in real-word situations and how well
the different manufacturer UIs (Sense, Blur &
TouchWiz) play with Android 4.0 Ice Cream
What is your perception of the Samsung Galaxy
S3 after the official specs were revealed? Will
you jump on it the moment it's available in
stores or sit back and see if the Motorola DROID
RAZR HD lives up to its name? Sound off in the
