Ravi, 29 May 2014What is the game reviews on galaxy s3 and what types of games are support on s3 ?? Plz tell me... moreloads of big games work well on sgs 3. like real racing 3, rr2, A7, A8, need for speed wanted, modern combat 4 , mc3, (mc5 when it comes out). Nova 3 and shadowgun and many many more. As the sgs3 was and is very popular then the developers have made likely all games work. See google play online for examples.
i've only just started using my sgs3 with the web on facebook. Is there anyway to be able to see the txt we write. As soon as i tap the comment area then my onscreen keyboard takes over the space so i cannot see at all what i am typing. This happens in both mobile and desktop views, and unless i have it on the tv with the samsung smart dock then it is impossible to use fb in the normal browser.

You have 'Multi window' turned on. There are three ways to turn it OFF.
1) To turn it off temporarily hold down the BACK button on the Home screen for a couple of seconds. You can turn it back on the same way.
2) To turn it off permanently pull the notification bar down and scroll to the right and turn off 'Multi window'.
3) The long way round is to goto Settings/My device/Display/Multi window and untick it.

Most of these tricks require root, but the result is well worth it.
People have managed to get 4-5 days of usage from their battery, some have even reported over 7 days. Good luck! :)

Does anyone know how to get rid of that annoying white tab w/the blue arrow?? The only way I have gotten rid of it is if I keep hitting it for a few minutes. Is there an easier way to remove it and prevent it from returning??
Does any body has an idea or can help me of how many SMSs can be stored in the Spam Messages Format.
Most probably KitKat 4.4.3 is coming to Galaxy SIII GT-I9300.

Nemsmum, 25 May 2014Worst battery life. I hardly use the phone but a charge only lasts approx 8 hoursEven after 11 hours, my battery stays at 80%.
I listen to music, browse the internet, and daily use the fb app, whatsapp, sometimes even record videos and click pics.
My battery lasts for 1.5 days. Sometimes even more.
I'm on 4.1.2, but even if someone's on 4.3, the battery life cannot be so different from the previous version.
Make sure you do not have any auto sync enabled. And also see if you have any app installed which is using a lot of RAM in the background.

Using ODIN doesn't affect your apps at all; all it can do is flash new Firmware onto your phone. All you have to do is flush out the cache partition before you start, flash new Firmware, and then flush the cache partition again.
I know that it doesn't remove any of your apps because I have just flashed my phone again with I9300XXUGND5 (the latest version of v4.3)and ODIN didn't remove ANY of the apps on my phone; only a full factory reset does that.
