battery drain in a few moments. powerbank no effective too. i carry car battery and converter to charge s3 anywhere. no good.
I have s3 for 7 months. Too many negatives.. Plastic body, fragile screen (I don't mean braking, but keyboard shadow on the screen forever)The battery system of this phone is really **** I put my phone to charge at night before sleeping and it gets only 40-50% till the morning. Home button is also **** The only good thing about this phone is operating system and that belongs to android. The headphones were not useful just after 3 weeks of buying my s3. Samsung may be good for those who will buy, use for a month and throw it. I am not an IOSist and I like Android very much. But the Android phones need to have a good body as Apple. Htc One is not that.. And if they call it LCD 3, I just laugh.. Xperia Z1 has again disappointing screen as Z. And the switch button is like to be made just for facing with problem! I am getting angry every time! why??? couldn't it be some more mllmeters away from volume buttons??? Note 3 has amazing screen but it is Samsung.. I mean the body.. LG G2-toy plastic body as Note 3. Right now there is no phone that I can say it is the best.. Come on.. I want 4.3 inch Apple body Apple screen but android phone..
which is the best case for s3? to the more protection if you accidentally drop?
pls anybody tell me. i want to buy S3. so pls suggest me i buy or not. pls suggest me only S3 users..
Helps me frnds

Anthony, 29 Oct 2013i have seen this and still use a TPU case. http://cnettv.cnet.com/samsung-galaxy-s3-torture-t... moreI'd not recommend to use S3 without cases either. I'm just replying to some comment about that GS3 screen is very sensitive that it can be easily broken. I've never used any cases for any of my phones till now.It depends on the user.

1.Is it good to keep brightness to Auto setting+Power saver mode Or Uncheck Auto+Power saver? Bcoz I think if Auto is put ON the sensor works to detect light,in turn uses battery.
2.Charging takes-3hrs but discharging takes place within one day with normal net use n minor/ no calls.
3.Shud I install an Antivirus or not? Bcoz Samsung Cc says pls don't use any Anti-virus
4.Also Samsung Cc says to use Class-4 SD card only but I'm using Class-6
it is a great experience to use this phone. it works smoother than the xperia devices .Everything is perfect .bt here some have problem about battery backup. don't use a usb charger instead a simple charger which charge our mobile in half time compared to usb charger....and for greter battery backup u should see battery uses and according to that u use u rs phone..as live wallpaper uses 50to 60% battery...for any other issue and solution ..contact me on 8507054100.

AnonD-18602, 29 Oct 2013I partially agree with u mate. U can search on youtube for several mobile drop tests. I've see... moreI have seen drop test on cnettv as well, where the same phone did great one time and total fail the next. Why take that chance with a phone you paid $XXX.XX for, when a case with a lip will prevent a screen crack and only cost $X.XX
Trying to save money by not buying TPU case for any phone with a glass screen, could end up costing you a lot more to change the screen if it cracks or chip.
And I see a lot of people using iphones in the street with shattered screens.
I treat my SIII like sh-t, but its in a TPU case that came with the zerolemon battery and after a year the only thing you can see one the screen is a few micro scratches when the screen is off and in good lighting.

U can search on youtube for several mobile drop tests. I've seen that mobiles with better build quality like Iphone 4s/5 or Xperia Z1 or even HTC One, they've survived the larger drops but plastic made phones like Galaxy S4/S3 or even LG G2, their screens have easily broken if u drop from 4 feet high. I'm not saying screen won't break but plastic made phones are more prone to screen damage than better build alumunium/metal like mobiles

If it sounds too good to be true, it's probably is.

All screens made of glass can break. It's as simple as that. And if the glass goes all the way to the edge, it's that much easier to break.
That's why you use a case that raps around the edge. Problem solved.
