AnonD-140359, 29 Apr 2013@Anthony, Freefaller, can any one help ?If you look at the user manual you would see the area you are talking a bout a labelled (20)
The main antenna
As the phone is thin, it is expected to feel heat in the area when doing anything using wireless transmission over an extended time. Blocking that area makes the antenna use more power to transmit thus increasing the heat.
All the apps you mentioned I use, except for Avast. Which in my opinion is crap on the PC so will most likely be crap on a mobile. Avast is most likely playing a big part in your slow down if it is always scanning everything you do on your phone.
Your Ram usage is normal
I found using All-In-One Toolbox helps by allowing me to remove user and system apps from boot up that I never use.
Default dialer and contact being 2 on that list.
I replaced them with TouchPal
I will so assume you have tried a lot of app.
Is it would be nice it your could clear your cache partition, hard reset and only install what you actually use now.

It's a nice stand, but it blocks the view on my dashboard of my FERRARI 458.
Freefaller™, 29 Apr 2013@ Anthony You people across the pond obviously don't have the same sense of humour as us Brits!i wondered if you were some posh UK dude that went out of your way yo make a posh stand for your sgs 3 (Americans seem to love all that fancy looking stuff and appearance of food etc). I guess it sells over there.
i was checking out mhl last night...as i have slight problems with mine. Heres some links. The mhl must be 11pin and not the 5 pin one for sgs2. You need to make sure its an original samsung....a logo should be enough. Also it seems there are connection issues a little on some....from hearsay. Mine works totally ok, and i played racing games and mc4 for weeks ocassionally losing a connection. Last night it got so bad with dropping the connection that i gave up playing on the tv, and searched up mhl problems. I decided to squeeze the mini usb mhl connection as thats where my problem is....with my tests this morning it works much better. It was always a good connection for media, but not for gaming in the end, as the phone moves about a lot. Will do further tests later. I was very careful not to damage the various tiny pins that are on the outside of the mini usb male connection on the mhl lead. I used a headphones connector as its perfect to increase the pressure, and also the tips of my fingers.....lets hope the connection remains firm now.
any one to help me this.the TV-out is not working on my phone.any one to help?

Dee™, 28 Apr 2013Your best bet is to go to Skybox.com yourself and read more about it. I did that but I heard a... moreEven if they start shipping to Oz
Not all items on Amazon are sold by amazon. and the vendors tend to not want to ship out of country. It's costly to them and makes returns almost in practical.
Amazon ships directly to were I am. But at a price the skybox can beats every time hands down.
