Hi,
I have a Samsung S3 neo gt-l9300l for about ten months and I am facing some problems:
1. The battery is draining very fast (in less thatn a day its down WITHOUT using it)
2. the entire Phone is feeling hot when used for 10 minutes
3. When I plug in to re-charge it doesn't re-charge right away ( I have to take out the
battery then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. then leave it without
battery for about 6-7 hours. then I place the battery in the phone and plug the
charger in without turning on the phone. Sometimes this doesn't even work and I have
to drain the phone again and leave it without battery for 1 day or longer and after that it
charges. (its REALLY frustrating)
4. Sometimes while using the phone it freezes. Don't know why, cuz I have free space on it
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME WITH THESE PROBLEMS?

I cannot use internet when putting two sim cards in the slots of my s3 neo i9300i.
The network of two sim cards drops after a few minutes of enabling internet.

I have a s3 to and I suggest you also use Nova Launcher it makes the phone a lot snappier if you dont want to root, that can be found here, http://krazyroot.com/ . Also a nice app is Doze, it improves battery live by blocking almost all signals on your phone what uses power when your phone is on stand by. So you can get bettter battery life cause its allready really bad....

Samath, 12 May 2016I am using s3 neo for 1 & 1/2 years. Good phone. But now battery is draining too fast.chan... morereset your phone to default version of Android. .I was also facing the same prob ..but now it's fine

I've been using S3Neo for the last one and half year. a superb fone indeed. but the thing missing is the firmware update. it was last updated almost one and half years ago. Samsung may please consider an update to Lollipop for this device also.
