I think this is best phone compering to other phone which i was using recently. only one issue that this phone is facing the issue regarding its bettary backup

This issue is not with the phone but with kit kit 4.4.4. This OS doesn't allow any application to be used if the data is stored on memory card. you can hide the data only if its stored in the internal memory. For this reason i removed 4.4.4 and installed 4.3

I say that these phone is a lot better than the grand 2 both may have same specs but this one performs better .my mom uses this phone and my grand 2 just sucks.plus s3 neo has no software bugs

Plzzzzzzz samsung give us lolipop upgrade for s3 neo because all devices in this range have lolipop. so plz samsung provide us lolipop upgrade as soon as possible

If moto g2 with similar specifications can get Android Lollipop then S3 neo is also a potential candidate which houses 1.5 GB RAM more than moto g2.
But unfortunately Sam guys are heartless. They are not going to provide Android Lollipop update. This way they are not only loosing their existing customers but also potential customers. It's not a good practice.
Also S3 neo is heavily bloated which eats up precious I'll internal memory for which we spend our hard earned money.
I still love my S3 neo but I have moved on. I recently owned a K3 note.
If Sam guys continue this practice of discounting OS upgrade support then they will loose customers like me.
In future I won't be going for any such blotted device. It's always good to go for a pure Android like Google play edition phones or even a nexus device if you can spend more money but refrain from such products that are not upgradable and remain stuck with blotwares forever after.
If Sam guys you are listening then provide Android Lollipop update to keep our faith in you.

I have been using S3 neo for more than a year now. It's aa good device - slim, good build quality, nice camera performance (its 8 MP camera is far superior as compared to today's 13 MP that other brands are carrying).
I spent 24k. These days its available for just 12k if I am not wrong.
But think if its worth to spend your hard earned money in this device where there is no commitment on Android Lollipop update. It's still stuck with Android KitKat when Android Marshmallow has already been announced.
When we have options like moto g3 with 4G, water resistant, gorilla glass protection etc then how can find one expect to purchase an inferior device with same price tagg.
So guys go for it if atleat the produces announce Android Lollipop update for it otherwise you are wasting you hard earned money.
