Anonymous, 13 Apr 2015me too my samsung s3neo heating and why software update upgrade my phone to 4.4.4 what shou... moreDude either you put a case on it or skin because the phone's temperature is gettng ypu concern which is normal but you can do either one of those so you donttfeel that much heat.

And according to me which won't come.You should cross check with other s3 neo's
