probably I will upgrade my two years old galaxy s2 with this one. But... do I really need to do this??My galaxy s2 is still a GREAT SMART phone!!! May be I should wait for galaxy s 5. ;)
this my nex phone
Great!
There is no innovation in this, Only a 1080p upgrade with 2GB RAM and quad core A15. I was a samsung fan for the past 5 years until i noticed a crack around the frame of Galaxy sIII, When i googled i found a lot complained on the same, with just 4 months of usage, not a single drop in ground and from he first it was in silicon case, how come it can crack, the crack problem cause is found and it was said that internal heat makes the frame to expand which leads to break. (if you are gamer you would hasve broke the pc frame by now)...also these comaplints are mostly from Intial units during the release of SIII, the later units were fine with better quality. I have wrote to samsung but they are not acknledge this as in warranty issue, rather charging me 7200 Rs for replacing the frame. people please join hands to fight with samsung...why do i need to bare the charges for their isssue...
vengeance.RA, 22 Nov 2012Galaxy S : Single core
Galaxy S II : Dual core
Galaxy S III: Quad core
Galaxy S IV : Qua... moreDude S iv's gonna hav eight cores!!!
So maybe S 5 will have 16 of them!!
i wonder why most of phones today have 16gb on board storage and most of them dont have a card slot..like nexus 4, droid dna etc......
vengeance.RA, 22 Nov 2012Galaxy S : Single core Galaxy S II : Dual core Galaxy S III: Quad core Galaxy S IV : Qua... moreYes its possible because the new core i7 -3930k s a hexa core beast and after all the pc s went quad mobiles went 2 so yeah t s possible
Tell me that this will atleast support Aus 1800mhz LTE, unlike the Nexus 4.
I'd be happy with a slightly smaller than 5" screen, but bigger than 4".
720p screen is more than enough, battery life and weight will have to suffer running 1080p surely. Although you can spread the battery thickness out across a device with a bigger screen (making it thinner).
8mp camera is more than enough, as long as they use a nice bright lens and decent glass on the optics.
I've heard rumors from other sites, stating a possible release as early as Feb. Given my iPhone 3Gs will have seen 4yrs active service by then; to say i'm desperate for a new phone is an understatement.
Hurry up and get here S4.
samsung have directly refused the release of s4 next year in there twitter messages , and yet these web sites makes news about a s4 unofficially , what is the reason ? and the s3 mini is on production some say . on what official statement people saying that a s4 will be released this soon , cuz the s3 and new note devices still sell out like hot cakes , and why samsung is being such an infant releasing a s4 this soon which will reduce the prizes of current top samsung models ? if anyone got the brains answer ...
5" is really too much, maybe its a good powerful machine but it loses it first use: phone calls.. imagine talking in that thing bigger than your handgrab
Wow, 5 months to release and the specs are already here. And a 5 inch phone fits into the pocket comfortably unless you are a woman. Good luck, samsung.
ToMaHaKeR, 21 Nov 2012Yes, it will be extremely powerful, but five inches? Am I supposed to carry that thing in a ba... moreI carry my note 2 in my pocket...
Galaxy S : Single core
Galaxy S II : Dual core
Galaxy S III: Quad core
Galaxy S IV : Quad core
Galaxy S V : Hexa core????
the3ghr, 22 Nov 2012I garantee this will have 8 megapixel not 13 gsmarena sayed that note 2 will have 13 megapixel... moreI tell you to wait and shut up for now. :) You know the competition have 13 MP camera phones(LG and Sony), so Samsung won't make any high-end phones with only 8 MP camera.
I garantee this will have 8 megapixel not 13 gsmarena sayed that note 2 will have 13 megapixel too and now???
I doubt, the battery life depends very much on the display
Razr Maxx, 22 Nov 2012I am sure the battery life will not be more than 6 hours. Samsung has always sucked in the Bat... moreYou are absolutely right about Motorola being the champ, but please wait till the announcement. Samsung is not that bad as HTC or LG. Maybe the S4 will have a 3000+ mAh of battery.
What do you think about this rumor? Maybe it's real?
