This was kind of a tribute to t... morefactory resets are NOT advised by samsung before / after updates -unless problems .. darkgamer -shubhum yadav -alias mumbai india - is NOT always correct .. FOLLOW manufacturers instructions -- seek advice assistance from authorised samsung service centres or network tech guys if available ..factory resets are cumbersome /very time consuming and mostly unnecessary and NOT problem solving .. I am glad that you liked reading through it.
This was kind of a tribute to this great piece of technology, which I have been enjoying for a while, and just wanted to make people aware, how awesome it is.
I have been reading through your comments for quite a while, and you have already covered its technicals in much detail, and I am in complete agreement with your opinions, (except few). I also liked the trick you shared a while back on how to be steady while taking pictures, and seems to work pretty well with the indoor shots.
The only thing I do not agreed upon is your opinion on doing a factory reset every time before / after an upgrade, since as I mentioned, I have seen this phone learning just like a human, so, I do not want to mess up with that.
To prevent myself with malware, I use premium antivirus suite, so, till now, I am running the phone without needing a reset.
To Summarize on the screen, camera, processor etc, I must say here that I have been more than satisfied with the screen, and its speed.
The photos taken from any camera comes to life if I view it on this screen, the display is as good as looking through your eyes, I have seen my friends and colleagues dropping their jaws while looking at it, and that's what makes your money worth :-)
I have reduced the use of my laptop to a great extent, thanks to all this phone can do for me.
I have captured "award winning" photos (literally) with its camera, amazing resolution, focus capabilities and clarity. I must say here that I came to know about the "Anti Shake" feature nearly six months later, which further enhanced my camera experience.
All in all a great experience, and also a good stay on this forum as well, on this forum, I was informed ahead of time for any upcoming upgrades, and read many different views about this device.
Recently, I have read few people unnecessary bashing this phone, for some issues they might be facing due to their own problems, so, I thought to spare some time to write a few words on it.
G@sh2401, 03 Jul 2014This phone seems to get better and better with time. A true life companion for me. I grabbed t... moreThanks for your opinion. It seems that you have the phone for longer than me. But it would've been great if you shed some light on some parts such as camera, screen, battery life and performance of the device.
I have the phone for more than 1 year and 1 month now and I am really happy with the device.
I am waiting for a device that can prompt me to change but no such device yet. Even current gen phones are only slightly better.
Have a nice day
