If you initially set the camera up to save images to the external SD card then it could be that causing your problem.
Set the camera to save to internal memory or try a different SD card and see if that solves it.

Hello everyone, i have been using Samsung Galaxy I9500 since last october, and i already have a battery problem, now its escalating. battery dies too quickly even if i m not doing anything on the fone. where it shuts itself down if i m trying to use camera or flash lite. when i restart the fone it shows me battery as 0%. Is anyone facing such battery issues.?
Battery seems to be swollen though.
For some time now, any time i start my camera, i get the message "camera failed". I did a system reset of my device, then it worked for only a day and the same problem resumed with same error message. The camera function is very important for me. Could you please help me solve this?
Abhishek, 29 Jan 2014S4 or Nexus 5 ???Depends on what you want. S4 has many advantages such as better camera, screen. More functional launcher, a better battery and that too removable. Micro sd card slot upto 64 gb. Much more sensors and options to do with the phone.
Nexus 5 has a more powerful processor than s4( much more than snapdragon s4 but slightly better than octa s4 which is available in India). It also has stock android which has faster updates. It also looks better than s4 and is cheaper in some countries although not in India.
If you live in India, s4 is a better choice as the difference in processors is not that much as octa is available in India. Also nexus is not so cheaper than s4 here. However this is your decision. Both have their advantages.
May you choose best for you.
Have a nice day
battery life is a lie, it does not last as long as stated, standby and calling.
Just read the manual

anonymous, 28 Jan 2014how can I do a factory reset so I can prolong battery usage? What are the consequences? For long battery backup, go to settings --> more --> application manager --> Swipe the downloaded from right to left 3 times till you get a area called all
Here all installed apps are shown. Click each app and choose force stop and also choose disable (if available). Be careful not to disable the system apps !!!.
Nothing will happen to your phone if you do factory reset. You will have to waste your time re-customizing your phone each time after reset.
[deleted post]Copied Exactly as it is from Wikipedia and maybe you can read my words again, a phablet is more than 5 and less than 7. Do you see any phone here that is in that range, they either exactly 5 or exactly 7. And Wikipedia clearly mentions that the Note was the 1st commercially successful Phablet. And also the term Phablet was founded after the Note. And again 5" by todays measurements are not phablets as most Phones now are 5".
