But I did it last night thinking if I do that Somthing or Nothing will changed. Backed up all and did master reset.
Battery was drining quick post that.. the android OS was taking 70% power. Things are getting stabilized now and after 5 hrs its 82% Now..with full time 3G on and using phone too.
So reset the phone thts the best choice.. u will get many things fixed.

Hi. My S4 fell (less than half a metre) and broke the screen. How easy? It was one week old.
AnonD-6711, 08 Nov 2013Well After the 4.3 second update, suddenly my phone started behaving abnormally some process k... moreAre you sure about the amount of RAM used and increased memory even after installing your previous apps?
because even after performing ordinary factory reset, we get to save a lot of RAM.
can you tell me the size of the update?
Well After the 4.3 second update, suddenly my phone started behaving abnormally some process kept on / off. this hung the phone very badly , but was lucky to make back up .
So i master reset the phone and erased all in it. Now two things happening, my battery life is suddenly crossing to the next day, and obviously when so much cluter of apps is gone, available internal memory is double than previously. Also i noticed persistent RAM at 1.0-1.2 GB, prev i always got notification like >80%, kill some apps regularly..
So in disguise this hanging problem was a blessing, so many problems gone now. People having 4.3 post problems shd get backup first and then master reset/format the phone after taking out sim and SD card (somewhere it was mentioned, but no reasons why, may be it was the trick, as even samsung would be doing it without sd card and sim in their factories!!)
shubham yadav, 07 Nov 2013The main problem was the depreciating value of rupee. The regularly decreasing value of rupee ... morebro i think that's not the case. Usually samsung follows a 90 days price drop scheme on it's premium phones in india.. You can check it on google that after launching S3 in June 2012, the price drop had happened in september and then again in december and that too is over 3000 both the times.. You can't understand how desperatly I want to buy S4 but can't buy it coz of maximum budget of 32K-33K.
AnonD-78030, 08 Nov 2013I had bought my s4 for 35k in Sept, there was a 15% cash back that time. Now that offer is gone. There is some 10% cash back right now, When I went get a case for my S4 to Reliance Digital and the price was 41449
