I seriously never asked you for anything else than the heating issue but you just gave a review. What it proves? You should have bought a Nokia asha phone if love calling or browsing so much. You're some lame Samsung fan or an employee who wants to sell Samsung Galaxy S4 by fooling people and lying. I doubt if you've that much money to shell out for a phone like this. LMFAO.. The phone heats up very bad. Just download Modern Combat 4 and play it for 15 minutes if you really have this phone, you'll feel the heat and don't forget to check your battery temperature. It'll be somewhere around 40-50 degree Celsius...
I am using this phone from last ten days. The phone is excellent in all like battery life, No heating problem, all motion and gesture functions working well. This phone in first hand looks madeup of cheap plastic but after use i disagree with this. In my opinion being NOKIA addict I appricate SAMSUNG for the new innovative features phones.

I am also using S4,white colour no heating problem, battery last up to 30-32 hrs in 3G. I am moderate user of web browsing & heavy user of voice call. Screen brightness is set to Auto. Standby time is great.
I sold my Lumia 920 black and took S4, Lumia 920 was having a heating problem a lot. But this time I am lucky. Honestly I am very happy with my decision. I am from Kolkata, India, In my city I don't know why HTC, Lumia and Sony phones doesn't have good resale value, but Samsung haves. Sorry for my weak English.
I had Galaxy S4 since a week week too and experiencing the same problem as you in this phone. It's heating like 45 to 50° C even on an average usage.. It's a brilliant phone.. Hope Samsung fix this issue and other bugs..
What an awesome smartphone Samsung created! Killer phone.. Seriously.. I'd rather buy a Dell laptop than this phone at this price.. Do you guys know something? The manufacturing cost of this phone is 13000, they are selling it four times more cost! All the parts are assembled from different companies and made in China or Korea. It's just the brand name..
danielli, 16 May 2013here we go again.its so yesterday topic. It happen to all phone manufactures.even if you buy ... moreBut it's still a problem plus i have heard Samsung Galaxy S4 heats up.. I searched for the 32 GB variant but i didn't find it anywhere. I'd rather buy the HTC One or an upcoming Nokia flagship device. Thanks for the reply, Danielle, an individual paid by Samsung for encouraging people to buy this phone, no matter how bad it is.
The phone is heating like hell!!! Wtf? I think I've been tricked by Samsung! Never ever gonna buy a Samsung phone ever again!!!! I regret buying this phone!!!! I don't hate nor love Samsung.. I'm just telling my personal experience with this phone after an usage of two weeks......Guys don't buy it.... It's your choice now..
SammyG4, 16 May 2013Hi people! How can you tell if your Samsung Galaxy IV is made in China or made in Korea? Went ... moreUnfortunately almost everything is made in China my friend. I share your thoughts but there's no much we can do. Anyway so far the phone is great for me. Im using the international version i9500. The octacore
I've been using this phone for a week now.. Everything is nice but the phone is over heating when playing games and doing some sort of work for 15-20 minutes. I recently updated it to the new firmware update but the overheating problem persists. And when unlocking the phone to access the camera, it switches off by its own. Anyone facing the same issue as me on this phone? Please reply ASAP.. I'm afraid if the phone will explode if i play games on it for a longer period of time.. So disappointed by Samsung... I had experienced the same overheating problem with Galaxy Y, Galaxy S2, Galaxy S3 and Sony Xperia Z. There's one thing good about Xperia Z and it's we can drop it in water when it heats up to a certain level where it's uncomfortable to hold.

Does the Stock Music Player of the device is capable of playing music files from SD Card? I read it somewhere that the stock music player does not recognize the audio files unless it is in the internal memory. Please Suggest.
The only thing missing from this phone is the color Bronze. Like the S3. It's a totally different look.
in past time, I used galaxy s, s2 and s3. now I am using s4.in my opinion, its a great phone overall. .. but one bad thing which I observed is that heating problem. s4 become getting hotter if you running many program in a time or playing hd game. but I think it will be solved after software upgrade. The second bad thing is internal memory. its only 8.82 gb.
many user compare s4 with htc one. my opinion is that, htc one body is better than s4 and audio quality is better than s4. accept this two things, in every category, htc one is far behind from s4.
so choice is yours. if you are looking for a stylish smartphone then go for htc one, if you are looking for better performance,go for s4.

It happen to all phone manufactures.even if you buy sdcard 32gb,there will be no 32gb available.always less than it mention.try to open 25 previous page in this forum.youll find your answer.if you want to have faster answer.try to google it.
Okay here it is, I'm paying 40k for the plastic that's prone to scratches? The same design as Samsung Galaxy S3? Just 8 GB? No way. Samsung learn from HTC. They don't have much gimmicks like you but they sure know how to design a premium quality phone. Let's wait a year for the price to drop from 40k to 30k or less. The price doesn't justify this so called inspired from Nature phone which lags bad because of Touchwiz
