why you haters always lament Samsung as the one who copies! What about lg when it blatantly copied the idea and design from Samsung galaxy note 2 and launched optimus G pro??!!!
This is vhat i have been vaiting for my vole life, i love the plastic body its like walantines day all over again yum yum.
say all you wanna say
everyone is whining about
2)how lame HTC one is better
3)how apple doesn't copy
stuff (so Steve jobs once told how apple copied from xerox ) $shameless witches an so on so fourth but in the end it all comes to which phone guarantees customer and total satisfaction I'm not say Samsung does not have flaws but winning phone of the year twice in a row give some credit know one thing apple nor HTC nor Sony or even Samsung innovate any thing it's some one else idea they just build up and deliver
htc and sony's ui is the worst with those stock android keys always clinging at the bottom of the display and thus reducing actual display area!
I must admit that this phone is god follow up to S3. S3 and S4 have secure execution environment it means it can accept NFC card payments in theory. Also asking pin in mobile ID-cards is more secure than other phones in market. To me is this phone most secure phone in market.
When we talk about NFC then it has all standards implemented when compairing to HTCs NFC implementation it is far behind. Sony's Xperia ZL has god minimum set of all needed NFC functionalities card emulation, HCI event and secure element access (none of those in HTC One I had access).
AnonD-124506, 15 Mar 20138 brains will always faster than 4brainsIt has 4 core not 8 they working not together boy, it's just a quad core nothing more.
That you said it has 8 cores is enough that you are mis leaded by Samsung.
If you put S3 and S4 one next to another... You can play the game... find the 5 differences.
BTW... Poly-carbonate is still a plastic.

cth, 15 Mar 2013Samsung galaxy s4 over HTC One
- 5.0 inches screen
- 1mm thick
- Smart stay, Smart pause,... more100% useless feature: smart stay, smart pause, smart scroll useless!!!!!!
smart pause, what is that for? i already have that.
As far as I can see this ticks all the boxes except you don't say if the battery is user replaceable?
Frankly hate Samsung / HTC's pre-installed junkware (plus usually more from the network)would far prefer them being separate apps which you could pick and choose as a registered user.
Pleased to see decent memory specs and (Externally accessible?) SDcard ??
What about wireless charging ? this along with changeable batteries is the real showstopper for phones and tablets which otherwise become tied to a power cable within the year...
lol no i saw one post "NO INNOVATION ITS STILL PLASTIC" do you even know what innovation means? XD i love the s4's features :3 touchwiz has out grown other launchers/frameworks
still made of cheap plastic toy case...lol.htc one tops followed by xperia z
AnonD-78634, 15 Mar 2013ha ha ha.totally dumb comment beta..samsung has not copied ..wtf ..thats why samsung still pay... moreCopying from blackberry, from Apple, from Sony, and more??? The HTC one has been out less than a month, and tough Sammy copied the object remover named as eraser, loll what kinda innovative company, eye tracking will work for the first month of use then everyone will turn it off, can't find the real use of it, and in my opinion seriously I dnt like this hovering thing, are we working with a hammer to unlock the phone? A click won't cost that much, I don't like, and too much hype.
Ari, 15 Mar 2013Mr. J K Sahab, Nokia lumia 610 NFC model has copied from htc wildfire, samsung has not copied ... moreSamsung copy from lumia920 cinemagraph smart shot and Lowlight image and any Samsung nfc is not working check.
