I am really sad that this is the first experience I have had with android. I moved away from Apple Iphone because i didn't like what the company was becoming and Android really appealed to me.
This phone has been nothing but problems for me. The power button on it broke causing it to bootloop constantly. Samsung was less than helpful. I sent it in to get it fixed and the exact same thing happened to the next one. I am now in the process of saving for the Nexus. Really disappointed with this one.

I have had mine since it first came out, hands down the best phone i have ever had from samsung. My nephew has the galaxy note and performance with apps seem the same, won't be getting rid of this phone for a long time :+)
Still a solid phone. Had mine for 8 months and enjoyed it. Root and install Cyanogen 9 or even the new beta 10, and speed is fantastic with overclocked. Colors are much better too because Android 4 uses 16-bit color, not compressed and hideous dithering on Android 2.X. I've moved onto the Optimus LTE now, but the Infuse is a good buy if 800x480 is enough for you.

had the phone for 6 months. Great overall. Do not update stock rom to the gingerbread update released from samsung over kies mini. My battery life went from about 48 hours standby time to about 12 hours after updating. Haven't seen much improvement with the functionality of it. I used heimdall one click back to stock, re rooted the phone and wiped by battery stats. Battery runs 48 hours again.
