Samsung India starts accepting blind pre-reservations for the Galaxy Tab S10 series

Samsung Android Tablets

Samsung has not officially set a date for the Galaxy Tab S10 series announcement, but a banner has surfaced that clears a few things up. The banner comes from Samsung India and is for the company’s usual blind pre-reservation program.

Long story short, put down ₹1,000 to pre-reserve a unit before the official announcement and you will get “benefits worth ₹3,500”. Normally, it is fully refundable if you change your mind and decide against buying a tablet.

The more interesting bit of info is in the fine print – it states that the pre-reservation period starts on September 17 and ends on September 25. This means that the official announcement will be on September 26. The timing of the first shipments and open sales is unclear for now.

There’s more in the fine print – a link to this PDF with the terms and conditions for the promo. Basically, in return for your ₹1,000, you get a ₹3,500 e-voucher which can be applied only to a selection of products – and if we’re reading the PDF right, there’s really only one option. Specifically, it is this 45W travel adapter with a single USB-C port and accompanying cable, which costs (you guessed it) ₹3,500. 45W will be the max charge rate for the Tab S10 duo, of course.

If you’re curious what the two tablets will be like, a week ago, there was an extensive leak with specs and images showing the 12.4” Samsung Galaxy Tab S10+ and the 14.6” Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra.

You can find the pre-reservation page over on Samsung India.

It shouldn't be called "Tab S10 series" when there is no Tab S10. Which is a shame, I have Tab S9 and it's great. In the future I would opt to change it for something even a bit smaller, not for huge monster which is too heavy and...
